I stayed for three nights, and it was super convenient to get around, whether by Bolt, Muvmi, or train. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and an ATM, plus a pool on the upper floor. The night market is also within walking distance. The light-colored renovation of the elevator lobby and the room interiors, including both hard and soft furnishings, was a great success. The air conditioning in both the public areas and the rooms was incredibly powerful; it got a bit chilly if you turned it up too high. The breakfast was quite abundant, good enough to eat for two consecutive days without getting bored. The only minor issue was the low water pressure for both the sink and shower in the bathroom; otherwise, everything was great.

When you walk into the hotel lobby it takes your breath away, it’s stunning. The lobby is big and you’re presented by a big rose bear. When u try check in early your not allowed, then when it comes 2pm the queues are massive to check in. The pool is amazing, a proper sun trap. The gym is very good too. But the hotel room is very outdated and the beds aren’t comfy.

Both the room interior and exterior were very clean and comfortable. However, it was disappointing that even with the cleaning sign hung in the double room, only one towel was provided each time. Everything else was perfect. The weak shower water pressure and the fact the showerhead couldn't be removed were slightly inconvenient. Also, the bathtub's shape, which traps water, was unhygienic. The lunch buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and the taste was Michelin-level. If only the location were closer to the subway, I would definitely come again.

good hotel for the price, but the staff are not attentive. we booked a grab ride and brought our big luggage to the grab car, we almost dropped our luggage cause the lobby site was packed with a group of tourist who were about to onboard their bus. None of the staff extended their service to help us. and they were so rushing to assist the bigger group

Overall experience: My stay at Twin Towers Hotel in Bangkok was a delightful surprise! The location is superb, right in the city center. It's incredibly convenient for shopping at Siam Paragon or visiting popular spots like the Grand Palace and Khao San Road, with excellent transport links. Ambiance & Facilities: • 🛏️ The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and lovely on the skin – I slept like a baby! The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, and all the toiletries were provided, a thoughtful touch. • 🎨 The hotel's decor is unique and stylish. The trendy Chinese-style illustrations in the hallways were adorable and eye-catching, perfect for photos. • 🏨 The common areas were clean and tidy, the elevators ran smoothly, and both check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick and efficient.

First off, the location is great. It's a 10-minute walk to Chulalongkorn Night Market, which is quite large. The hotel is rated four stars and is located in the city center. The lobby is grand and looks very upscale, but the hallways and rooms show their age a bit. After all, it's 20 years old, and it must have been a top-notch hotel back then, especially for its downtown location. The rooms are spacious. We booked a premium non-smoking room, and there was indeed no smoke smell. We stayed on the eighth floor. Previous reviews mentioned it could be a bit noisy, but I didn't find that to be the case. I stayed for two nights and it didn't affect my sleep at all. The front desk staff speak Chinese, so there are no communication worries. A 1000 baht deposit is required, which we paid in cash and got back upon check-out by presenting the deposit slip. There's a swimming pool on the fifth floor; it's not huge, but it's perfectly adequate for kids to enjoy.

The hotel has some history. While waiting to check in, we ate at the buffet on the first floor for two people for 1100. The food was decent, but I didn't think it was worth the price. The room had a nice atmosphere, but one of the lights was broken, and there was no improvement after we reported it. Other than that, everything was fine.

Hygiene: There were always betel nut bugs on the beds in the room, and my child got many bites, which was very uncomfortable. Service: Room cleaning was not timely and not thorough. The floor was never wiped, and they only replenished tissues and water, emptied the trash, and didn't make the bed or tidy anything else. I'm very dissatisfied. I originally wanted to leave a tip, but with this kind of cleaning service, it's impossible. Facilities: As an older hotel, the facilities are decent but nothing new.

The hotel's exterior is indeed quite beautiful, and the lobby is very grand, making a great first impression. The outdoor pool on the fifth floor has a nice overall ambiance, and the gym is decent too. Honestly, the public areas and amenities are all pretty good. However, it's worth noting upfront that the rooms themselves are quite old and a bit rundown. The decor and facilities are probably on par with a typical American motel, so be prepared for that. If you have high expectations for room quality, you might be disappointed; but if you don't mind the age of the rooms, it's still acceptable. In terms of price, it's definitely a budget-friendly option, relatively inexpensive. The location isn't particularly convenient; aside from being able to walk to the Chulalongkorn University night market, you'll generally need a taxi to get anywhere else. The surrounding area is a bit average, close to an elevated highway, and looks a bit old. On the upside, there's a Lawson and a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is quite convenient. Overall, it's the type of place with 'good public areas, average rooms, and a friendly price tag,' suitable for those prioritizing budget.

I didn't expect a hotel in Bangkok at this price to be so mediocre. There's no separate bathtub for a soak, and the windows don't open. It's also incredibly noisy at night; even with the windows and doors closed, the traffic from the road outside is so loud it's almost impossible to sleep. That's my biggest complaint. The breakfast was also very average. I feel like I could get a much better hotel for this price in Bangkok. I definitely won't be staying here again.

The environment is a bit old, and the room facilities are outdated. The duvet cover was open on all four sides. I booked a family room, which had three small beds. Two of them were pushed together but still moved easily, and the beds themselves were quite small. The front desk service was good, but the facilities really need an upgrade.

Stayed here with my husband. The location is convenient and check-in was okay. Room was acceptable but felt a bit old but it was clean. Some facilities need improvement. Staff were normal.

All is good! Location is the best as it’s walking distance from banthat thong street which has a lot of food options and a small night market as well. Got to use the gym and pool and it was all good as well. The feedback from my partner is that the water pressure for showering could be better. Other than that, our only bad experience is our neighbours coming back drunk at 3am, slamming at our door, and shouting very loudly.
