The cleanliness and location were good,I booked there for 5 night,but the only downside was that the rooms were not soundproof at all. You could hear conversations in the room, and the sound of the water pipes in the next room while showering was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I had to buy earplugs to sleep, but the hotel didn't provide them. I asked the front desk staff, but they couldn't offer any solution.

Facilities: Both hardware and software are comprehensive and well-equipped. Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean, no strange odors in the room. Environment: Secluded yet convenient, elegant and comfortable. Service: Warm, friendly, and attentive.

Room was very clean and staff really welcoming me. Nice place in chinatown where to spend a weekend.

The window was quite small, facing a tiny courtyard, so the overall ventilation was poor. However, the location is excellent, being very close to Chinatown. The hygiene was impeccable.

Here’s the updated version with your new note added naturally: --- We stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room with two single beds and overall had a really good experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were great to sleep on, the shower water pressure was strong, and the air-conditioning could be adjusted perfectly so it wasn’t freezing cold. Security is solid too since you need a room card to access your floor. Our room window faced the back of other buildings, so there wasn’t much of a view, but it was quiet. The only downside is the lift area at night. When the elevator door opens, it faces a dark brown wooden staircase that’s not well lit. It would feel much safer and more welcoming if the staircase area had better lighting, and maybe even some soft music to make the space feel less empty at night. Location-wise, it’s very convenient. Just a short walk to the Wat Mangkon MRT Station which can get you to terminal 21. Also walking to the busy touristy Yaowarat road further up the Mrt Station, you'll find lots of people selling food in the afternoon. For early breakfast around the area, if you're not into hotel food, there’s a good rice porridge shop round the corner called Hia Mate Pork Rib Porridge, and delicious duck noodles (similar to boat noodles) next to the Plabplachai Police Station, both just a short walk away. At night there’s also a hawker selling noodles right opposite the hotel. Overall, a comfortable stay with great room quality and a fantastic location if you're into venturing the Chinatown area. The only thing that could be improved is the dim, quiet stairwell area.

Room is spacious with basic amenities available. However, the room we had were at the inner side of the building where there is a short flight of stairs which u will need to carry ur luggage. Overall, the hotel vibes is really good and the lobby receptionist speaks mandarin very well. Opposite the hotel sells very delicious fishball noodles at night and the dessert stall nearby is 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😊

One thing,the shower drain is clogged and water is not draining properly. This Hotel gave me a present. Staff was very friendly and the room is very clean. Very good Hotel.

Location is very near to popular China Town street. Room equip with the usual necessity,, clean. Not for the fussy. Value for money. Will book again for the location. Staffs are helpful and gives good advise.
