Great location, though the facilities are a bit dated. However, being on the 7th floor means there are plenty of dining options nearby.

This hotel could easily be rated as the worst Hilton globally! The hygiene, amenities, and facilities are simply outrageous! 1: The hotel's air conditioning is incredibly noisy; it's an old unit from over twenty years ago that constantly buzzes like an engine. Even on the lowest setting, it's very loud. Moreover, the air conditioner filter had a thick layer of dust and dirt, clearly indicating it hadn't been cleaned in many years. I could feel the dust inside with my own hands. The moment the AC was turned on, the entire room smelled of mildew. As someone with allergic rhinitis, my stuffy and runny nose didn't let up while I was in the room. I complained and the front desk showed me two other rooms, but none of them were clean. Every single one had dusty AC filters, and every room reeked of mildew! 2: Ctrip engaged in false advertising. When I booked, I specifically asked customer service, and they confirmed the hotel was renovated in 2024, which was also stated on Ctrip's listing. I later asked the hotel staff, and they told me the hotel opened in 2003, was previously a Pullman, and was only rebranded as a Hilton in 2023. It still uses its old renovation style, with 90% of the furnishings unchanged. You can essentially think of staying here as paying for the Hilton name, but its interior and service are at the level of a 20-year-old hotel. 3: The hotel facilities are severely aged, and the hygiene is abysmal! The diverter for switching between the handheld shower and the rain shower in the shower stall was broken and would fall off when pulled, forcing me to only use the handheld. The faucet on the sink also came loose when adjusting the water temperature. The bedsheets had yellowed spots and small black dots, which I suspect might have been mold. If you want your Bangkok trip to be filled with misery and for your health to suffer, I highly recommend choosing this hotel. You will experience what the worst Hilton in the world is like, an truly unforgettable experience.

I had a great stay at Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a day out. The location is excellent — just a short walk to both BTS and MRT stations, making it very convenient to get around Bangkok. It’s also close to Terminal 21 shopping mall and surrounded by plenty of pubs, restaurants, and entertainment options. Overall, a highly convenient and comfortable stay.

Facilities: Pretty complete, with a swimming pool and a restaurant/bar. The flooring felt a bit dated though. Hygiene: Had a bathtub/shower combo, but the bedding quality was just so-so. Environment: Located in a bustling area, close to the light rail station, so transportation was super convenient. Service: The staff were warm, attentive, and very polite.

Booked it, and the price dropped the very next day. Trip.com is really irresponsible, all negative reviews go to Trip.com!!!! They claim it was renovated in 2024, but the room has a musty smell (the hallway does too), feels like it hasn't been updated in at least 10 years. Definitely do NOT book the dinner package, I thought it would be a buffet, but it's just a small restaurant with truly awful food. You could get something similar for 30 baht on the street, but here it costs 200. Breakfast options are extremely limited; it's the worst breakfast I've had at any five-star hotel in Bangkok. The front desk staff also looked very unhappy during check-in. At night, the street noise is very loud; you can clearly hear traffic and car horns. If you absolutely have to stay here, I recommend booking the cheapest option without breakfast, as the breakfast is genuinely bad and the restaurant is tiny.

The breakfast has waaaaaayyyyyyyyyy tooooo much pork! So for client who has pork restrictions, better skip the breakfast. Overall okay.

Undoubtedly our key highlight of the Bangkok trip was the stay at Hilton Grande Asoke. Excellent location, close to the public transport, eating places, massage outlets and many more. The hotel is close to a walking street. Room was spacious and welcoming, amenities were great. Staff were friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was superb. The hotel allowed me an early check in , which was nice.

The facilities are quite old, and there's a musty smell in the room that mixes strangely with the air freshener they use to cover it up. The soundproofing is definitely poor; motorcycles can be quite noisy late at night. This hotel is clearly an old 5-star standard. The location is excellent, right across from the commercial street, just a short walk across the road. It's also quite convenient for taking the subway. The service is still warm and friendly; the staff always greets guests enthusiastically. The breakfast buffet is also quite comprehensive. For the price of over 900 when I booked, it was still okay.

Great stay. Had alotnof rest-thr property can get noisy just because Asoke is such a busy area, but other than that the hotel is excellent.

Great location! It's just a 200-meter walk from MRT Sukhumvit Station and also very close to BTS Asok. There's a 7-Eleven and Terminal 21 nearby, which is super convenient. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the soundproofing is decent too. Very satisfied! 👍

The hotel itself is worth the money. Location is good as it’s close to BTS and MRT and Twrminal 21. Room was spacious. Down side was old and worn out. Telephones inside the room were not working. Hotel breakfast was ok costing $550 Thai bahts per person per meal but varieties were not very big.

Very clean , nice size room  . Excellent staff very helpful . 10mins walk to shopping centre, 15 mins to park .
