The hotel has a beautiful environment, clean and organized. The leisure facilities swimming pool on the 6th floor is great, the water is clean, the service staff are very polite, the room is clean and tidy, the toilet is also very good, impeccable and worth recommending, and a 50% discount coupon is also provided for dining. The restaurant food is fresh and delicious

I stayed there just only one night. I love the room and the view even the food was good. Location kinda far I can’t find my seven eleven mart lol.

Nice and reasonable price

Everything is good especially location! I stayed here for the concert at impact. This hotel is not far from the concert venue with good facilities and service. The room was nice and comfortable living.

What a pleasant surprise this hotel was. Stayed in the Deluxe with a river view. Nice spacious room and well laid out. Quiet with occasional siren or light street noise. The bed is firm. The staff knows hospitality!!!! There is a 711 downstairs and a food land to buy groceries just 5 min by foot. Great location and a place to ship spot. The room was very well maintained and had a big bathtub. Excellent place!!! We really enjoyed our stay. See you next time.

We booked the deluxe room shown in the pictures, which was clearly newly renovated. But when we checked into the hotel at night, we were given an old, disgusting room with broken furniture and a damaged door! There were cockroaches—NOT just one—but several! They even crawled into my suitcase! This is absolutely outrageous! The room we got is NOTHING like what we booked! Is this fraud, or RACIAL DISCRIMINATION against Chinese people?! I’ve traveled abroad countless times and have NEVER experienced anything like this! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! It’s an absolute nightmare! The location is terrible too—there’s NOTHING nearby, no shops, no convenience stores—just close to the airport. When we checked out and complained about the cockroaches, the front desk didn’t even apologize. Unbelievable! Horrible hotel, DISGUSTING service! ZERO STARS! Это просто НЕВОЗМОЖНО ПРИНЯТЬ! Номер, который нам дали, НЕ ИМЕЕТ НИЧЕГО ОБЩЕГО с тем, что мы забронировали! Это МОШЕННИЧЕСТВО или РАСОВАЯ ДИСКРИМИНАЦИЯ против китайцев?! Я много раз путешествовал за границу и НИКОГДА не сталкивался с таким УЖАСОМ! НИКОГДА НЕ БРОНИРУЙТЕ ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ! Это НАСТОЯЩИЙ КОШМАР! Местоположение — УЖАСНОЕ: рядом НЕТ НИЧЕГО — ни магазинов, ни супермаркетов, только близко к аэропорту. Когда мы выселялись и пожаловались на тараканов, на ресепшене ДАЖЕ НЕ ИЗВИНИЛИСЬ! НЕВЕРОЯТНО! УЖАСНЫЙ отель, ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНЫЙ сервис! НОЛЬ ЗВЁЗД!
