The hotel facilities are very new, and I absolutely loved the room's color scheme and decor. The location is excellent, with a 7-Eleven right next door and the BTS station just a 2-minute walk away. The breakfast selection was quite extensive too. Overall, my two-night stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely consider Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit again for my next visit to Bangkok.

First, let's talk about the service. During my stay, there was a power outage due to municipal line maintenance. The hotel informed us in advance through various channels, which I found to be very detailed and thoughtful. Again, Thai service embodies the 'smiling service' philosophy – unhurried, no forced flattery, nor intentional neglect. It's just the right amount of distance, making you feel comfortable. As for the environment, the second-floor exit connects directly to public transport, which is incredibly convenient. Across the pedestrian bridge, there's a 7-Eleven with fewer tourists and a good selection of goods, perfect for stocking up. In the evenings, the streets next to the hotel are bustling with various 'beauties,' catering to different tastes. For Salsa lovers, there are two bars within a kilometer where you can dance, and the atmosphere is fantastic – have fun! There are also quite a few Michelin-starred restaurants within walking distance. The hotel gym offers great views and a full range of equipment, making it an excellent place to burn off some calories after a big meal! Finally, the hotel's buffet breakfast is satisfying, but I highly recommend the food and drinks at the Executive Lounge. The quality and service there are top-notch; definitely give it a try if you get the chance. Wishing everyone a pleasant stay!

The location of Su Kunyi is excellent. Right downstairs is the Red Cafe, perfect for enjoying with a few friends. The breakfast is also very good and it's easy to get around. The subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, making it convenient to go anywhere, and taxis are readily available. There are also many food courts nearby. I would definitely stay here again. The cleanliness is great, and the service is excellent.

I've stayed here many times, and it's a fantastic hotel. The front desk staff are welcoming and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Plus, it's right on Sukhumvit, with tons of fun things to do. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent location... lots of great food options.

This is not my first time staying at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, and every single visit continues to exceed my expectations. The check-in process is seamless and warm, and the facilities remain as spotless and well-maintained as ever. Their staff's attentiveness in unexpected situations is truly remarkable—for instance, during my last stay when I got caught in a sudden downpour nearby, the team immediately greeted me with towels and tissues as soon as I walked in. The bedding and pillows remain consistently comfortable, and the room noise insulation is excellent. On a minor note, the air conditioning could be a bit stronger, and you’ll want to make sure the shower glass door is fully closed to prevent water from splashing out. Overall, these are minor details that do not diminish a wonderful stay. Maintaining such high service quality over time is truly commendable.

Hotel location is very good, it’s in the middle of Asok and Nana station . Swim pool and breakfast both very nice. I am sure I will be back.

Traveling with family for Chinese New Year, the location is excellent, right near Terminal 21. There's a small night market across the street with good food; one fried rice stall has amazing 'wok hei' ( smoky, charred flavor). The hotel breakfast is also great with a wide variety, and the rooms are quite spacious. Overall, it's pretty good value for money. Just to the left of the hotel entrance is the famous Cabbages & Condoms restaurant, which gets really busy at night.

There was a very enthusiastic lady at the entrance who gave us excellent recommendations for our trip to Pattaya. She even helped us arrange transportation for the next day, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel also has direct access to the BTS Skytrain station from the third floor, which is incredibly convenient.

Lovely rooms made special with those sofitel beds. Club Room a wonderful bonus to any stay. Incredible value for money. Pool refurb is excellent.

The room has a lovely French style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and my child was very happy with it too. It was a really great stay!

I used this hotel during my visit to Bangkok, but the value for money was somewhat low, as it was more expensive than other hotels in the area. The breakfast wasn't bad, and the location was excellent.
