The connecting rooms are very family-friendly, and overall the stay is good value for the price, as the hotel rates are quite affordable.
However, the location isn’t very convenient. Although the hotel provides a shuttle van to the BTS, it’s not ideal for families with strollers because the BTS station has no lift. Traffic can also be quite heavy if you’re taking a Grab.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It’s so clean and comfortable and the amenities are great. There’s a delicious coffee shop in the lobby, a gorgeous pool, breakfast, and a nice gym. Would highly recommend.
The only small downside is that there aren’t any convenience stores in the direct vicinity, and it’s a long walk to the train station, but to make up for this, the hotel does provide a trolley to and from the station.

酒店內設施很新，舒適度不錯。但是酒店新入住之前，服務生檢查房間欠缺 我們是半夜航班到達，5點才睡下，房間裏的智能音響早上8點多，居然鬧鈴了。着實被吵的不行，這休息完全被影響。
唯一缺點地理位置相對不方便，距離BTS站要步行15分鐘，我們去的天氣涼爽還可以。如果很熱的話 有點辛苦😓。
BTS對面小巷子很多餐廳都很不錯

I stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. The hotel is tucked inside Sukhumvit Soi 34 but with their complimentary shuttle service it was easy to reach the nearest BTS station (Thong Lo). The bed was very comfortable and the room was huge. Greasy view from my room as well.

Should an hotel like this have history of their returning guests?
Because after spent 10 nights last time and just come back now, found new faces at desk, check in more slowly than before and not even sure when can be done an early check in, as desk said: we have may rooms check out and need to be clean all… I expect return guests should have at least an answer on exact timing…
I have a business meeting in 1 hour, hope to have a room ready to change clothes and go on time!
First time we got an early check in, now we don’t know yet what time can get in!

My stay at HOMM Sukhumvit 34 was genuinely impressive. Every single staff member I met was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. They all made sure I had everything I needed at any moment. You can tell they take real pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction. Because of them, the hotel truly felt like a home in the end.
The rooms are modern, spotless, and very well equipped. You feel comfortable the second you walk in.
One thing that could be improved: there’s only one key card per room, even if two people are staying together. It’s a bit inconvenient, but absolutely not a reason to hesitate recommending this hotel with full confidence.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in. Great pool, nice poolside bar and coffee shop (they make a great Thai Tea and can adjust sweetness for you!). Rooms were a good price and spacious. The only thing is that it’s down a lane that is a bit far from the main road, but the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle throughout the day which was super helpful! I was also told that the onsen baths were only available Friday - Sunday - something to keep in mind for the next visit :)

The room is very cozy and has large windows to get natural light. The neighborhood is quiet at night and safe for walking for female travellers, yet traffic jam is so bad at day. There is a shuttle available until 22:00 going to Thong Lor bts mrt station. The staff are very accommodating, the service just like in a 5-star hotel.
