nice room close to street food and 7-11 cleanness nice staff airport shuttle is every 30 minutes and just 10 minute drive good restaurant in hotel swimming pool

Lovely clean and convenient hotel really close to the airport. Easy to get to and super clean and comfortable. Ordered a meal at the restaurant and because the lady taking the order could not speak any English, the order was lost in translation, was incorrect when it arrived and we were overcharged for what we got and offered no refund. That was the only unfortunate thing about this hotel

The room was clean and looked new. The location was great, with easy access to food—just a 5-minute walk to 7-Eleven. There was also a shuttle service to the airport. The front-of-house staff were friendly and easy to talk to. However, the bed was rather firm, and the room had a connecting door to the adjacent room (occupied by someone I didn’t know). At one point, that door was opened from the other side without my knowledge. And also always have noise when people walk through your room.

It is a resort rather than a hotel. It is very very big huge and has got beautiful multiple swimming pools where you can actually enjoy in which it also has jacuzzi and the best thing I was a big balloon kind of an item on which you can actually play and slide in the water itself. The Property area is nice, beautiful and clean, and the best part is that it is a beachfront property that means you can just get to the beach in two seconds as I mentioned the properties quite old. The initial view was not very very good as everything seems to be 1980s and 90s type The lift area Had broken Marble, which gave you a strange feeling. The lobby was also old and because of the beach area nearby, it was not very very clean and good fine sand everywhere. It had not too much of staff enhance. It was not a Pfizer experience, but definitely it was a decent place. What I did not like was the bathroom commode which seem to be quite old-fashioned so you don’t feel like getting into an expensive hotel, but all the property was clean. Nice and quite spacious. Enjoyed the swimming pool and also the beach. 

Love how close it was to airport. And so many convenince stores and restaurants closeby.

The hotel was nearby the Suvarnabhumi Airport, just a few minutes by car. Nearby there was a some local food stalls and 7-Eleven, you can walk back to the hotel and it takes just a few minutes.

Good hotel, 15 minutes from the airport. Nearby there is a small night market, massages and a 7-Eleven and Lotus store. Negatives it is quite noisy, you can hear planes, and also high audibility through the doors. Delicious food in a restaurant.

Hotel location is good to stayed a night for transit. Bed is comfort. Hotel can arrange shuttle service to Airport for free which is added value.

I stayed on the first floor, the room next to it was loud since midnight, couldn't sleep, and the smell was very bad.

Very friendly airport pick up/drop off service. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception.

I do not recommend you guys to stay here. The service is very bad. The staff seem not to want to serve or help. Everyone seems unfriendly. It was a very bad experience.

Very decent hotel close to the airport, room was spacious for my lil one to run about and I enjoyed the view.

Just hotel receptionist service make feel unhappy additional charges 400 Baht for earlier check in around 12:30Pm . Other than that , hotel cleanliness, location and amenities are great .
