The hotel's location is good, but some rows of rooms near the road and light rail can be noisy. However, the side where room 623 is located is quiet. Other guests can consider choosing rooms on this side on different floors as well. Breakfast was quite ample and suited Asian palates.

The room has a small window / There is no power outlet for a three-prong plug; it cannot be used with computers. / There is no hot water kettle in the room./no slippers/The floor of the room was carpeted, and it seemed dirty./

This is my second stay here, and this time I brought friends along. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to the subway. It's very close to the Siam shopping district and the Erawan Shrine. The lobby has been newly renovated and looks pretty good.

We traveled in family. We have never stayed there before and not sure it’s good enough. So, booked only for half days of our whole trip. But after our first day, we booked for the remaining half. And unfortunately, one of the day is fully booked. It’s worth to trust. Location - have a bridge to bts station directly from hotel and one station away from Siam. Spacious and clean Buffett breakfast is acceptable Service is perfect, bell boys are the best, taking care of ur luggages and deliveries .

The location is superb! There's a sky bridge directly connecting the hotel to the subway station, so getting around is incredibly convenient. It's also just one stop away from ICONSIAM. The hotel offers great value for money, and the front desk staff are very warm and polite. However, the hotel facilities are quite old, and my room had a musty smell, like it hadn't been occupied in a long time, which was a bit hard to deal with.

Every time I stay in Asia, there's a pleasant surprise. This time, I discovered a new Let's Relax chain hotel directly connected, and the ground floor businesses include a 7-Eleven convenience store. There's also a direct access door from the hotel lobby to the ground floor shops, so you can just scan your room card after shopping. On New Year's Eve, the hotel lobby even offered free commemorative photos, which was really great!

Little bit old hotel but the location is iconic just a few min walking to Icon siam. Bed is hard to sleep

Great location - walking access to MBF center, Siam Malls and train station. Room is spacious for small family. Breakfast buffet was good.

Great service and an excellent location made for a very pleasant trip. I'll definitely be back. While the hotel is a bit older and some of the facilities show their age, everything was still perfectly functional. More importantly, the staff's service was incredibly attentive, making for a truly wonderful experience.

Stayed in this hotel more than 10 years ago with my husband, and this time coming back here with my 13 year old. Big room with necessities provided. Quality of the bedroom slippers are very flimsy, but still ok as they replace it when requested. Only downside is that, comparing to the size of the room, the TV is really small and it's not internet TV, so programmes are limited. Did not get the hotel breakfast as there were more than enough food options nearby. Best thing is that it links to the BTS, so it's easily accessible from the airport with luggages to and fro. For the price point, this hotel is really worth it

This review is based on my stay on Dec 2025, my room is on level 10 next to the lift. Location: very handy Cleanliness: OK, the room is a bit old so don't set your expectation too high. I did not get bite by anything so there is nothing to complain. Facilities: Bed is big and comfortable. Everything works as expected but the power plug on the wall is very loose, otherwise I will give it 5/5. Even my room is next to the lift the soundproof is OK, the other guests on the same floor did not make much noise. Service: I really appreciate the help I received from duty manager Suwattana C. I left 3 shirts in the room, the cleaner oversighted them but Suwattana C. posted them to me at free of charge.

Facilities: The lobby is great, service is good. The room was a bit noisy but still very convenient. It's next to Siam Square and the university night market, and close to the BTS Skytrain. There are also many 7-Elevens nearby. The room itself was a little basic; the duvet cover was strangely put together with a sheet + a lumpy, thick, pilled fleece blanket + another sheet. The carpet felt a bit dirty.

The breakfast was quite lavish with fresh ingredients and good taste. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major shopping malls. However, being right next to the main road, there's definitely noise, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider. The room facilities could use some improvement.
