Stayed for the second time for business trip. Love how this hotel located, easy access by grab or bts. Just remember to locate more time for grab finding. So far all is good, the gym the service are all good!

Good location, nice breakfast, friendly stuff. The room is also clean, bed comfy and you have a nice view.

Our stay at the Doubletree by Hilton Ploenchit was a mix of fantastic hospitality and some room maintenance issues that need addressing. The staff were absolutely top-notch. We were greeted with the signature warm cookie and a welcome drink, which was a great start. They were incredibly helpful throughout the stay. When we checked out, they helped lift our very heavy luggage into the taxi trunk. I sadly lost an earring in the lobby, and the staff genuinely tried to help us find it. Even though we didn't find it, their effort was very much appreciated. It was greatly convenient that there was a spa on the 7/F that opened till late! The hardware in the room felt a bit tired. The full-length mirror is actually the bathroom door, but the lock mechanism was broken, so the door wouldn't stay shut and kept sliding back open. The bathroom ventilation was either non-existent or too weak. On the other hand, the air ventilation in the bedroom was very noisy at night, which was disturbing. The room felt a little empty, as if a corner sofa or similar furniture was missing. There are only two lifts, so the wait can be quite long. It was a great stay largely because the staff were so kind and professional. If the hotel management can fix the maintenance issues (like the doors and AC noise), this would be a perfect hotel.

1st time staying in double tree hilton as I have stayed before in the phloen chit area of Bangkok. It is about a 15 mins walk to the phloen chit BTS. Nearest u eleven is about 10 mins away. Theres a mc donalds and Starbucks at the nearby phloenchit center. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Not sure if it was only my room but the aircon was either too warm or too cold even without me adjusting the thermostat. Room was clean, but wardrobe a tiny bit small and no full length mirror in room. They provide a really good hairdryer, mouthwash, toothbrush, and necessary amenities. The hotel only has 2 lifts so it can take a tiny bit long especially if you're going out or coming back at peak timings. Their spa on the 8th floor is really good. Its a bit oricey but the experience was worth the price. Overall an enjoyable and comfortable stay here.

The hotel is centrally located, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Mrs. Jew at the front desk was patient and professional in accommodating our requests. The hotel also offers a discounted package price that includes two breakfasts and two dinners.

Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Great Ambiance: First-class Service: Superb! Everyone was smiling! I left an item in the room when checking out, and the hotel promptly contacted me to retrieve it. Thank you!

This DoubleTree by Hilton on Bangkok's Ploenchit Road boasts an excellent location, just a short walk to the BTS Skytrain. The hotel's standout feature is its impeccable cleanliness, with spotless rooms and comfortable bedding ensuring a restful stay. The staff are friendly, and the signature warm chocolate cookie upon arrival is a delightful touch. The rooftop pool, though compact, offers pleasant city views. It's a reliable and great-value choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The environment is good, and there's entertainment nearby. If any issues arise, you can contact Trip.com directly. They are very experienced in resolving disputes between customers and international hotels, which saves a lot of incomprehensible communication hassle.

The room was very spacious, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, plus it was conveniently located next to a shopping mall. The breakfast offered a great variety, with both Western and Chinese options, and the fruit was very fresh. It would be even better if the hotel had direct access to the street behind it.

We picked this hotel for 2 nights 🇹🇭 The location not 100% good, but still near some shops and restaurants, so if u book grab or taxi is okay and acceptable!👍🏻 However, we expérience some Lightning problem during our stay, we did mention to the staff few times🥹 But I guess it's not easy to find out why this happens, all staff try their best to follow up with this about problem, which is appreciated!💖 The hotel front desk - Just ( should be the manger), she is very helpful on this and follow up about the problem, she is super kind to give us a free beer and coffee before we leave as well🙏🥰 Big thanks to her help! Additionally, we tried the breakfast in the hôtel as well, i would say the good have a lot of choices! Food is good we can see that they prepared so well! A staff called - Sanan👉🏻he is the one who most impressed me,he didn’t serve me a lot, but what i can see is he love his job, he always smile and helpful! 🙏🏻 He is very nice to elder people as well and proactively ask what customer need! Of coz also the team have Pik and N’mean, they are very nice to us as well! I will say this hotel brings us nice and comfortable experience which we feel like home 🙏🏻 Thank you everyone from this team and we will see you guys in our next trip to BKK ❤️

The room was spotless. Despite the elevated road outside which I imagine could be quite noisy, the soundproofing in the room was excellent. The window, however, was fixed and didn't open. The air conditioning was a bit temperamental, at times too warm and at others just right. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.

Conveniently located near Phrom Phong BTS station, about a 10-minute walk away. The staff are proficient in English, and some even speak Chinese. Rooms are spacious with comfortable bathtubs. The only slight drawback was the slow-draining toilet.
