Worst experience ever. The hotel was in terrible condition — the floors were broken, the room was dirty, and we got bed bug bites. Breakfast was extremely limited, only Indian food with just three main options: plain rice, one type of vegetarian noodle, and roti. Definitely not worth what we paid. The front desk staff were extremely rude, especially the person who checked us out. The surroundings didn’t help either — almost all the restaurants nearby were Indian, with only one Thai restaurant. This hotel claims to be 4-star, but it doesn’t even deserve 1-star. Really disappointed. I hope this feedback helps others think twice before booking here — I certainly won’t be returning

Great location, but the facilities are a bit dated. If you're sensitive to Indian guests, you might want to reconsider. There are plenty of dining options nearby, mainly Thai and Indian cuisine, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the mall.

The room condition was very disappointing. The furnishings were old and worn, the beds and pillows were uncomfortably hard, and the toilet was mouldy. The flooring was also dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the room did not match the photos or expectations shown on the booking website.

We are enjoy our vacation this is very nice hotel I hope I will come back again but I face a problem when’s I booked this hotel I put 4 adult but when’s I reached the reception there is a lady she tell us this kind of room only for 2 adult but we are 4 parsons…and than I have to booked one more room for 2 nights

Full of ants in the toilet, and not generous of replenishing toiletries. Reserved room with 2 guests and replenished for solo only. Distance to train station took about 10 minutes walk and basically hotel guests were Indians as the amenities just Indian cuisine only.

The hotel itself is in Pratunam, the heart of Bangkok. The room is clean and spacious, the mattress is comfortable and the view from my room is something I look forward to when I get up from sleep. The only thing is inflexible check out time. They are strict that I have to leave at 12. Overall, it was a good stay. You will encounter many Indian tourists there.

Clean and Comfortable Rooms: The bed was cozy, and the room was well-maintained and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. • kitchen Staff: friendly and accommodating and courteous. • Location: Accessible to platinum central mall, walkable but a bit far to walk— not recommended to those with someone not comfortable to walk (with Elders) • Amenities: building is a bit old, The hotel had amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a decent breakfast but less choices— as their majority guests is Indian— food served is mostly Indian food. 🔧 What could be improved: 1. Selection of food 2. Room fridge not working— not getting cold.
