Good hotel for familias, great location!! Next to Emsphere mall, and my favourite a lady selling fresh bottled juices (granadine the best) in the Main Street, next to one of the stairs for crossing the street.

Room is spacious and spotless clean. Good hospitality and nice pool for family and kids. The only thing that does not fulfill is, the facilities do need some work, air-conditioning is noisy and there are stains at the bathroom corners.

Good location, near to Emsphere and PP BTS. Breakfast is average. Overall quite a good stay.

The hotel is situated in between Phrom phong and Asoke BTS where EmSphere and Terminal 21 are located. There’s a 7/11 right opposite. Hotel was really decent with keeping sustainability in mind. Request through the app was straight forward and easy. Staffs were helpful and friendly. It’s a family oriented hotel, so those with kid will be a good pick. All in all, a pleasant experience.

The location is excellent. The swimming pool is decent for family users.

I like it very much. Location is ok. Not very near to bts. But if you just want to spend time in the hotel, it's very comfortable. Staff are very helpful especially Daii. Thank you I love the pool too, super nice

Everything is perfect except the toilet. It is too old and not so good flush.

Excellent hotel for family travel. Well maintained. Close to nearby malls and eateries. Family rooms are spacious with bunk beds.

This hotel is family-friendly, and they even have Lucha Libre in the evenings!

Just 200 m from Sukhumvit rd. Nice Big room with exelent bed,Sofa , Big chair and a kitchenett. Great Big bathroom.Very clean. We were there with children and grandchildren. Nice poolarea for Both grown and small children.

Mosquitos all over in breakfast Rooms are stinking as if there is a gutter nearby Pathetic stay Ants all over on the food Please be aware it's just named Novotel else it's worse than a 2 star property. Staff is rude too
