Kingston Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit 15 by Kingston Hotels

We got a free update and the room was very large. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. The downside was the toilet was a bit clogged during our stay and the amnesties were minimum.

The front office was nice - give us an upgrade and the rooms were nice and clean even the toilet but the elevator was small but it’s okay

The location is excellent and close to a 7-Eleven. The room design is nice, and the room is spacious. However, it is clear that the hotel is quite old and needs some maintenance. There are visible signs of moisture on some walls, the windows cannot be opened, and some of the lights are not working.

I really liked the hotel’s convenient location, near the main road of Sukhumvit and within walking distance of Terminal 21 Mall. There is also a 7-Eleven nearby, which makes it very convenient for getting snacks and other essentials. The breakfast is served buffet-style, with a changing menu each day, so there is a good variety throughout the stay. I also highly appreciated that the hotel upgraded my room from a Superior Room to a Deluxe Room. The hotel is generally squeaky clean, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I especially liked having a proper table where I could use my laptop and work comfortably. Toiletries and bottled water were also well provided. The only minor issue was the carpet, which had some dirt that remained despite the otherwise good cleanliness of the room. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The convenient location, spacious room, cleanliness, good breakfast, and complimentary room upgrade made the experience worthwhile. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great hotel, well located and with a good room. Worth it!!!!

We stayed at this place for 4 nights. We are not happy with how they cleaned our room during our stay. They didn’t change bed sheets,pillow covers every day. Didn’t provide some towels everyday. No shampoo, body soap changing everyday. Only thing we liked about the room is it’s clean and big.

Had an amazing time at Kingston Suites. Despite some bad reviews and the location and looks of the hotel from the outside, the lobby, the lift. The room itself was great. You are definitely getting more than what you pay for and at least what you paid for. Service was amazing, very prompt and responsive. Overall a good budget hotel for young couples. Loved the free upgrade and special effort from the hotel also to celebrate our anniversary. Thanks Kingston Suites, I would definitely recommend and come back as well :)
