Great hotel great staff very friendly very well run hotel this is a must if your in Bangkok it’s unbelievable for the money got everything and more great feel great rooms pillows and beds and showers great breakfast restaurants are class star bucks in lobby super location everything you need is all around you malls bars restaurants live music you feel in the heart of the city as well soi 15 right in the action all hotel are a little more on tourist area but this is a little gem

Location is in a prime area and close to Terminal 22. It is located between two crowded place for night life Asok and Nana. Plenty choice of foods around this area. Room is well decorated with European design and very spacious. The staffs are very helpful and professional.

To be fair, I arrived early and the hotel front desk were extremely great with upgrading me to a suite as the standard room wasn’t ready. 5 stars there. Location isn’t to bad too. About a 10min walk to the main road. The suite itself is part of of an apartment complex. It just didn’t give me the comfortable vibes in the room. Both TVs didn’t work, the kitchen hob was rusty as was the washing machine, the living room sofa and arm chair were stained with whatever, found cashew nuts under the coffee table, the bath towels were off colour and didn’t feel clean, there was a large jacuzzi but I didn’t venture to try it out, shower cut in hot and cold water; I could go on. But for price, with a satisfactory breakfast, it was acceptable. I would not stay there again. But again, the staff were really friendly.

This is old hotel . Hotel quite big . But got smell. Is stay 1 day or transit is ok. Price ok, location good , breakfast and staff nice .

Nice hotel located a little of the main *****. Room is really nice with luxury finishes. Bed and linen are amazing. Bathroom is messed up. Need to enter into the shower area to access the WC. Can be a nightmare if you have to use the WC after a shower. Avoid the basic room.

I stayed here during Bangkok earthquake, it was nice and cozy.

This is about our 6th stay here. Although we got a smaller room this time as they were busy - it was still ok. Breakfast is ample and location is great.

2nd time at hotel. This time for 9 rooms. No complaints. My favourite hotel in Bangkok. Will return next year.

I went back for one night at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Wide room. But they are waiting for the renovation of the Wing court Apartments

Big room. Clean, quite The mattress is comfortable. Friendly stuff Highly recommend

Horrible place, old , moldy, smelly.  Stepping on their carpet sticky dirt will stuck to your feet. Breakfast horrible, not fresh and not many choices.  Security guard keep harassing guest to sell them tour package or scam them with taxi. It’s super unsafe place , don’t stay there.

Thanks for upgrading us to a big room. Great place. Walking distance terminal 21. Short taxi drive to famous Platinum market. No complaint. Thank you

WIFI/internet access is awful. The WIFI doesn't work at all and I had to use my phone hotspot all the time.
