Stay in a 2 room apartment, the common toliet heater is not working well, only work when u turn to the most left but the water will be too hot to handle. The living room malfunctions when it's 22 degree. Leaking , stop function, created ice. technician came to fixed twice. However want to applauded the sevice of the staff. They are friendly and tuk tuk has made to be memorable stay

Terrible Service and Terrible Management by the staffs... staffs behave very rude... They don't understand English or they dint bother try to understand... Breakfast can be rated 1 out of 10... only positive is location cos of sukkumvit's happening nature in night time...

Abit far from station however they provide 24h pick up and drop off to the station… FYI, very comfortable extra bed I have ever use 😄

Overall, my experience at Citadines Sukhumvit 8 was decent. The hotel offers a 24-hour tuk-tuk service to and from the property, but you need to contact them via WhatsApp to arrange for pickup. One downside is that it can be a bit inconvenient if you have heavy luggage, as it might be challenging to load and unload your bags when getting on or off the tuk-tuk.
The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. However, the swimming pool was smaller than I expected, and the rooms felt a bit outdated. The water pressure in the shower was also quite weak, and I hope they address this soon. There's a coffee machine in the lobby, and the Thai tea was really good, but the coffee tasted a bit off, it was bitter and strangely salty.
On the positive side, the service from the staff was excellent. The front desk went above and beyond to help me contact the security team at CentralWorld after I realized I had lost my camera there. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and went the extra mile, always remembering to prepare our room with the additional items we needed.

Hotel is located at Sukhumvit district. Very good location for dinning and shopping. BTS station is near and accessible to all shopping mall. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Everything about the hotel was great, except for the inconsistent hot water temperature in the shower. Hotel provides 24 hours shuttle service to the nearest Nana BTS station. Maybe a little inconvenience that guests need to carry an additional key card to tap at the entrance to go into hotel after 10pm. There are a few eateries that serve local Thai foods within walking distance from hotel but the spiciness has been toned down to suit westerners taste buds I guess, as mostly their customers are westerners.

We love to stay at this serviced apartment when we are travelling to Bangkok. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, great location, spacious room. Definitely my first choice :)
