Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok

This hotel has its own pier. There are frequent boats to Sathorn Pier, and you can also get to Iconsiam. Traveling by boat avoids traffic, and Sathorn Pier is convenient for reaching many attractions. I found it quite convenient. The hotel service was also excellent, and there were many options for breakfast. The river view from the room was superb.

Excellent! Very clean, great atmosphere, and there's a boat service to Icon Siam. The service is also very good.

The location is average, but there's a free shuttle boat to Iconsiam across the river. The service is decent, and the view is nice. It's a bit old, and the breakfast is a bit repetitive and the taste is just okay, though there are many options. Overall, the value for money is acceptable.

Traveling solo in Bangkok this time, I chose a hotel by the lake and it turned out to be absolutely perfect. The buffet had a great variety, and the hotel's pier offered a free boat ride to Iconsiam. The lake view room had a stunning night view, and the room itself was spacious. A few hours after checking out, I realized I'd left my phone in the room. I simply explained it to the front desk, and was able to pick it up in the evening. All in all, I'm very satisfied! I'll definitely stay here again next time~

Poor hygiene: As someone with a slight bathroom phobia, finding cockroaches in the room's toilet was a real shock! The toiletries were by Panpuri. Other aspects of the hotel were good, though. The staff was very polite. The minibar in the room was free, the breakfast buffet offered many choices, and the swimming pool was large. The hotel also has a shuttle boat to the pier and IconSiam, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby.

Chatrium Riverside Hotel upgraded our room to a river view suite for free. It was great to enjoy delicious breakfast and the scenery for two nights, and the staff were very friendly. I'd probably book here again next time.
