Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and discomfort this caused during your visit.Following your report, we conducted a full investigation. We discovered that the yellow stain you described was caused by a faulty liquid soap dispenser, which leaked and resulted in discoloration on the linen. Additionally, a backlog in the laundry process unfortunately led to the team rushing, and both the laundry staff and the supervising team missed identifying the stained items caused by an overdose of cleaning liquid. Your message helped us address this immediately, preventing further lapses, and for that I am genuinely grateful.Our team takes concerns of this nature extremely seriously. After receiving your second report, our Duty Manager and Housekeeping Supervisor carried out an immediate inspection of the room. We fully understand that your expectations for cleanliness were much higher and that this situation caused frustration. Regrettably, I did not receive photos of the stained duvet from the team, but please rest assured that your comments have been shared with our Executive Housekeeper.
