3-Star Hotels in Bangkok

This is a really great hotel with attentive and friendly service all round. The bed is the comfiest I have ever slept in and the room is very spacious and clean. We didn’t pre-book breakfast through Trip, but you can just walk in and pay 150bht pp for a good selection of breakfast items including delicious Thai options and other more western items- cereal etc. The service again is excellent in the restaurant. People attend each day to clean your room and will work around your schedule. Even if we have not left the room until the afternoon, we would still return later to find fresh towels, bottles of drinking water in the fridge and the bed made up. The hotel is set back from any busy roads so you get peace and quiet but can access any where in the city very quickly - On Nut BTS station is just a 5 minutes walk away. The only very slight negatives would be that the pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures. However it is clean and perfect for a quick dip to cool off and as it is rooftop, there are great views over the city and beautiful sunsets from there. We also had a slight inconvenience when adding an extra night onto the booking. We were told at the time by the reception staff that breakfast was included in the price. However, we were told after having breakfast this wasn’t the case. This made the last night more expensive than the nights we booked through Trip.com . Overall would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed here for 4 nights during Songkran week. The hotel is basically beside the National Stadium train station, so it's very much accessible. It's walking distance to malls like MBK, Siam Paragon, Siam Square, Siam Discovery. Room is clean. Shared shower/toilet is well maintained despite some people being too messy when taking a shower and getting the floor wet. The hotel has an open setup, so the corridors are exposed to open air, so you get some airflow (despite the Bangkok heat), although that also exposes the rooms to a lot of the noise pollution since the front is a main road and a train station. They have a theater room if you want to watch a movie, and they also have co-working spaces that you can use if you need to work. Breakfast is simple, offered by the TokioJo Restaurant. You only have 3 options to choose from, so I basically got to taste all 3 during my stay. But you can also order for lunch/snacks/dinner and even some drinks if you want to chill. Staff are great, they allowed me to check in when I arrived at 11am BKK time, and they also answered all my inquiries. TokioJo staff was also very accommodating when I had my meals there. For housekeeping, I didn't have my room cleaned during my stay, but I could say they cleaned the shared toilet/shower well on a daily basis. I think if there's a criticism that I could share, I wish the hotel had a lift. My room was at the 4th floor (topmost), and after a whole day of walking, the last thing I would like to do is put more strain on my knees and climb the stairs up to the room. I have a bad knee and after walking the whole day to join the water festival activities, my legs were really painful. Let me tell you, it became a struggle to come up to my room, to the point that I would not want to go down after I have already reached my room. So take note of this point if you plan to book this hotel. To be honest, I probably would think twice booking the hotel if I knew beforehand that they didn't have a lift, only because I had a knee problem. If you're coming from Don Meuang Airport, take the Red line to Bang Sue Grand, switch to Blue line to Silom station, switch to Sala Daeng station in the Sky Train (green line) and go to the National Stadium.

A gorgeous hotel, on the popular Kaoshan road in Bangkok. There are clean rooms , friendly staff, stable wifi signal, working elevator by the way , and swimming pool ) Thanks for chill holidays, guys 🙏 I’ll back to you soon …

I had an early flight to take so booked nana hotel as it is close to the bts tram.. it took 40 minutes to get to the airport. The hotel is in a perfect location as its a lively place. Swimming pool was fantastic. The reception and people there were great. Complimentary Heineken was delightful and the breakfast was good too.. The price was ideal for low to mid budget. Room was clean, bed huge, safe etc. Cons.. no kettle and the hallway wasn't the cleanest.. 9.5 out of 10

The hotel is my preferred location for my stays in Bangkok, I find it very conveniently located for travel to and from the Airport and it has many shopping options nearby. The highlight of the stay has been always the staff as there are quite a few hotels in the vicinity and maybe more modern in setup, but it the staff of this hotel that makes me speak so highly about the hotel. To name a few who were exceptionally good in their service are: Mr. Damrong who assisted us with the overall stay arrangements and looking into the minor details of it to make it a very comfortable stay. Mr. Subhajit Ganguly who not only was very friendly and efficient with his work at the Front desk also went beyond the call of his duty and assisted us with making a few calls and inquiries with few shops to help us buy some specific items. This may be a simple thing to do but as you understand the absence of this assistance would have led to spending few additional hours in the market and facing the communication barrier in describing the product we had to buy. Overall this has proved to be a great choice to stay with a fantastic room (executive suite) that I had booked and its view from the 41st floor was superb. Congratulations team for providing yet another fantastic stay, I will be back soon...

This is my third time staying at the hotel. It’s an old 4-star hotel located at a very convenient place. About 3-5 minutes walk to Phrom Phong BTS. If you’re not very particular about the age of a hotel or its amenities, and if you rarely stay in the room during the day, this hotel is suitable for you.

Overall environment is great, strategic location to most of the major attractions in Bangkok. Easy access to public transportations. A lot of convenient stores around here. Close access to food and also a small night market. What is lacking is the Internet / WiFi, needs more improvement on this area especially for those are whom need access to work. Would be better if the hot shower can be consistent rather than going cold out of the sudden and comes back warm / hot. Overall comfort rate 3/5

Me and my friends booked the hotel. The hotel near the airport suitable of my needs, I have opportunity to stay in this room it is really good, they've got nice location , and facilities is supply my demand so much. I feel safe and sound, The reception was explained to me humble and nicely. We hope to visit this hotel again we promise!!!

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it wasn't bad. Hotel location is good because there is a BRT station nearby. the hotel exterior and interior is quit old but clean. The benefit of old hotel is to get a very big room. the room is quit big with balcony. However, the position of aircon is quit strange because hotel use the floor mounted type aircon and it is installed behide the curtain so I felt hot when I closed the curtain. Hotel staffs are really friendly and helpful, whenever I asked for their help and they took immediate action.

My family and I enjoy coming to Bangkok during the New year. This year we come again and there is no doubt for the place to stay for 3 nights. Klean Residence is our first choice for it is very convenient to go to Bangkok downtown with BTS. Great hotel and staff supports :)
