Hotels in Khaosan Road, Bangkok

The place is remarkable and very accessible to all the tourist destinations you're planning to go to. I personally would like to thank a very specific person in their facility, the security personnel, for being very accommodating and assisting on our very first visit on the country. However, i don't want to give a negative review towards the facility, but I hope this will serve as a reminder regarding the ”male” receptionist that we encountered who was very rude to us. We have no problem with the service provided by the other staffs. I hope the facility would take action towards his behavior as a receptionist who welcomes guests.

The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and the security is also very responsible. The environment and sanitation are very good. The room is the same as the photo. The breakfast tastes very good. The only drawback is that the room I booked does not have hot water and cannot be repaired at night. The two rooms I booked are different in type and the hotel did not make any compensation. It was Ctrip platform that compensated the customer. Ctrip customer service is very responsible for every customer. I am very satisfied with Ctrip platform. Ctrip is still reliable for booking hotels and travel.

1st - Cleanliness The room itself was spick and span, except for the balcony which was full of dust. The toilet was fine and has bidet (which was a plus!) 2nd - Location Not too far from the beach and other attractions (or restaurant), around 10 to 15 minutes walk. If you don't want to get soak in sweat at 2 pm, please consider renting a motorcycle or you can also take their van (yes, this hotel do provide a van that can drop you off at their other hotel which is closer to the beach but pay attention to the schedule at reception). 3rd - Service The receptionists were amazing! They were friendly and willing to help and answer my questions. Always gave me the best of their smile whenever I look at them! Here's a story, they even came to my room at 12 am just because I got stuck in the toilet (although they took 15 minutes to get in the room and another 1 hour to open the door, I'm still grateful that they still help!). 4th - Ameneties For a place this affordable, I did not expect much but they have everything a hotel should have as amenities! You can also call them and ask for things like face towel, etc. if you need it. Their responsiveness to my call when I needed some extra shampoo definitely deserved a star (they came to my room faster when I asked for shampoo than when I got stuck in bathroom 😑)! overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Excellent pleasant hotel. It should be noted that it is not small. There is a shared refrigerator on the floor. At the address, the taxi driver drove past along the embankment - follow it yourself on Google Maps.

It was a pleasant stay. The bed and pillows were very comfy, and the room, especially the bathroom, was very clean. We went to Cambodia for three days and returned to Bangkok, and we booked this hotel again

Great, Spacious Hotel with Everything You Need The hotel is very large and has everything you could ask for. It's located in Old Bangkok, offering a more traditional and cultural atmosphere. The hotel itself is well-equipped with two swimming pools and a decent gym, although some of the workout equipment feels a bit outdated. Overall, it's a great choice for an affordable stay with plenty of amenities.

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome! The location is perfect: 15-20 minutes walk to Haosan Road, 15 minutes to the Golden Mountain, about 30 minutes walk to the Grand Palace! And moreover it was always quiet in this hotel even the location is quite centric. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Everything worked well! They have wonderful breakfasts (highly recommend!) and the restaurant serves really good dishes! I also loved the pool. It’s quite big, rooftop and clean! The staff is absolutely adorable, they even let me stay a few hours longer for free❤️❤️❤️ So, I highly recommend this hotel! Happy to stay here

Good location, just 15 mins walk to Khaosan. The room is clean, staffs are friendly and breakfast is great! They have movie time in pool area and you can watch from your balcony or from the stair, good vibe! I realy enjoy my stay here, definietly gonna come back!

The service in this hotel is really amazing , very helpful. The stuff is very warm hearted. Room is very tiddy, and whole Neighbourhood is quite in the night ， clean, close to the  royal Palace. A lot of nice massage spa place around. Only the room cleaning stuff is not the diligent, we stay for 3nights , at first two days we did not ask you did for cleaning the room . But on the third day we request to clean, the stuff doesn’t show up on time and when he/she ready to clean it’s around 2 PM , my friends was in the room which is not convenient, so we ask them back in 30 mins, but unfortunately, none of them show up later. Until 20:00 I called room service again by call, and ask for shower tower. Still not clean the room , but bring the wrong towel again , I need towel,they bring the mat …

I been staying in Khaosan palace for many years in the past. It's a bit loud at night but the view from the pool makes up for that. The staff is nice and the location is so good for partying but not the best to get a good night sleep in some of the rooms facing the street. I definitely will be back depending on what I want on my trip. Party or sleep.
