I love this beautiful Hotel - its very close to Jodd Fairs night market, my room on the 19th floor had a beautiful view of the city, we have 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, very connenient…. The only thing about this place is the breakfast buffet, not so many choices of foods, the staff was very nice n friendly… definitely will come back n stay longer at this beautiful Hotel… 🥰🥰🥰……………

Pros: Silent / lot of shopping options below and around the hotel / good breakfast/ comfortable bed. Cons: Front staff not guest friendly/ some rooms have bad smell/ intercom & master control do not work. All the cons can be fixed if you inform the front desk; sound from the next room flushing the toilet keeps you awake. Check the room for bad smell, master control and AC condition before you occupy it, they will help you out of you report. Lights are not enough in room and especially in toilet to shave but can manage. Value for what you pay; also remember- most of what you save will be spent on taxi or tuk tuk to commute to main areas of Bangkok. I stayed with family and we took 04 rooms for 03 nights, we did Chiang Mai and Phuket and on the way back to Bangkok we took another hotel just because of the location;. Again, this hotel is worth what you pay.

clean, nice service. A bit noisy at day time since it’s near the road and there’s bad traffic over BKk. Generally it is a nice hotel. They will provide iron if you ask. The breakfast is just ok, I recommend not to eat there but find a nice cafe nearby instead (Factory is a nice one) The pool is a very small but it’s enough if you just wanna get a nice insta snap very convenient location, all famous spots and shopping mall stay within 20mins taxi or even faster if you take the grab motor bike

Location: On the the doorstep (literally) of a serene and pulse-reducing (literally) health centre, but only a short tuk tuk ride from shopping, bars, and the vibrancy of Bangkok central. Building: Recently renovated, it makes the most of an older architectural style by embracing the large open atrium spaces to the extent the fitout somehow manages to feel cosy and lush. (Particularly the Bittersweet lobby bar.) Amenity: Excellent gym. Pool area would be good if the high rise overlooking it was not currently under noisy and dusty construction. It will be finished… soon everyone must hope? Staff: 10 out of 10. The team representing the hotel is an asset. FOH, concierges and room attendees delivered a faultless stay — to a five star hotel level of service. In food and beverage, Wat, Jay and Nok elevated the offering. Despite the hotel being relatively quiet during the evenings, each of them made our holiday a pleasure with a professional (but suitably casual) approach to hosting. The cocktails were excellent, the food tasty and delivered with a smile and good conversation. The team’s personal interaction reflected their commitment to hospitality. Our spa experience matched the reviews of others on trip advisor. Well worth the price and better than a lot of other hotels. Outstanding trained therapists delivering treatments in a clean, soothing environment. The temperature controlled massage tables, generous volume of relaxing music and quality mood lighting during the massage is a step above many spas we’ve frequented. Zoe, Narm, Lah and Mea are a dream team. Overall, we spent over a month in Thailand at many hotel, and our time here was as good as any, thanks in large part to the quality and genuine hospitality of the staff. Recommended, and will return.

This hotel proved to be well above my expectations, it's a 4 stars but you feel like you're in a 5 stars. There are many amenities in the room and the swimming pool on the 12th floor is excellent. PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

My fiancé stays at this hotel on a regular basis and generally has good things to say about the hospitality the hotel provides starting from the receptionist to room service. On 4th September, she was on my way out from the main lobby at 5:20pm and had forgotten to wear a mask, which is still required in Bangkok. She approached the receptionist, Naleupon K, asking if they had a spare mask, which the hotel should have considering they advertise themselves as being ”Covid Free” and the Golden Tulip is a four star hotel. Surprisingly Naleupon sharply said no they don’t have a mask. She found this strange as it's a Health and Safety issue, so she asked again and the receptionist then handed her a box of N95 masks at the counter and said you have to buy it. She asked “all of it?” To which the receptionist opened the box and said “49 Baht”. She told her not to worry, she would rather buy it from outside. This complaint is obviously not about the small fee, but it's the carelessness and attitude received from the receptionist for a simple request that bothered her. It's unnecessary and spoilt her afternoon.

The location is good. Pararam 9 MRT Station and Central Grand Plaza Rama 9 Shopping Mall are within walking distance, and there is also Lotus, making it convenient for shopping. However, I received the key and entered the room, but there were a lot of ants around the door, so I talked to the cleaning person and sprayed insecticide, but there were still ants crawling around the door in the bathroom and later. It's past 12 o'clock at night, and maybe it's because the embankment is next to the road, but the noise from motorcycles is no joke. It's to the point where I can't sleep. I made a reservation for 2 nights, but the next day, I asked the hotel to cancel my reservation for 1 night. Since I made the reservation through Trip.com, they said they had the authority, so I made the request to Trip.com, but I was told that I couldn't cancel because they couldn't negotiate with the hotel. . I just gave up the one-night fee and went to another hotel and was able to sleep comfortably.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a good time.B U place is quite a big building set in a local area of Bangkok,so you're surrounded by authentic Thai food at all times.Security guards at the hotel are friendly and polite and so are the receptionists.All very helpful. We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was spacious and clean.It even had 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies😁.The swimming pool was a good size and gets plenty of sunshine.Theres also a gym and sauna.The hotel doesn't serve breakfast so stock up from 7/11 next door.I would stay here again for sure.This is the apartment and views from the balcony.

The hotel is very new. The young man and the young lady at the front desk are very helpful and very helpful. The kitten lying down when meeting people is very healing. You can go to Central Rama 9 to go shopping and buy things. It is also very close to the subway station. When you exit the hotel, turn left in the alley and walk past a traffic light. Go to the train night market to see the beautiful women in the Xishi Hotel. There is a 7-11 convenience store on the right when you go out of the alley. There are also a lot of food in the alley. I stayed here for a long time and I am very satisfied.

The sound of the toilet flushing next door can be heard clearly 2/The overall service attitude is still OK, check-in is more convenient.
