Hyatt Regency Hotels in Bangkok

The ambiance was great, the rooms were spacious, and the location was good. The service was exceptional. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the quality was excellent, and the restaurant also had a very pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The mattress was very comfortable and contributed to a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness facility was well-equipped. The shuttle bus to the airport was fast and reliable. A big advantage is that you can reach Terminal 1 on foot within a few minutes via an underground passage, where you pass the Superrich currency exchange. The fruit provided in the room was a nice extra. Some drawbacks were the unpleasant smell in the room, possibly because the windows cannot be opened and the interior is somewhat dated. I also found the room numbering a bit confusing—for example, a room on the second floor was numbered 1432. Additionally, it took me some time to find my way to the fitness center. Despite these issues, I had a good stay overall.
