We recently stayed at the INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit for four nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. The location is excellent. The hotel offers a fantastic atmosphere, but what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality from the staff. A huge thank you to Golf at the reception desk. He welcomed us with a warm smile and made our check-in process incredibly smooth, efficient, and welcoming. Our room was kept spotless thanks to Nuna from the housekeeping team. She did a wonderful job and even surprised us with a cute towel decoration that brightened our day! The genuine care and excellent service from both Golf and Nuna made us feel incredibly valued as guests. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and look forward to staying here again!
