The hotel smells amazing, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming! They speak Chinese, English, and Thai. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the pool is just as beautiful! There's even a private garden. It's only a one-minute walk to the convenience store downstairs, and the hotel's city center location makes getting around a breeze.

We expected more from the hotel, but our expectations didn't match the reality. The hotel is beautiful and in a very convenient location, BUT! The rooms are a bit dated, especially the family room we were given. Worn-out and squeaky floors, a dirty sofa and table – even the cleaning service fell short here. We managed to arrange a swap at reception for two double rooms instead of the family room, which is commendable for the team, well done! In return, we gained access to the lounge on the 17th floor, where we could order breakfast from a menu, enjoy a mini buffet from 2 PM to 4 PM, and from 5 PM, drinks, including alcoholic ones, were provided. The minibar in the room was complimentary.
