This is truly what luxury is - for someone who stayed in many hotels across Bangkok for example JW Marriot, Waldorf Astoria, St Regis and even Siam kempinski I tell you this is hands down top notch - true Thai hospitality and they are very accommodating. I was blown away by the service - I stayed in the Athenee Suite - and you get exclusive VIP treatment and check in on the 26th Floor - those who want comfort and real Thai grace and service this hotel is for you

The hotel's location was superb, making it convenient for exploring Bangkok. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming experience. The cleanliness was top-notch. The only area for improvement was the food, which could benefit from more variety and quality. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service—I'd gladly return for another visit.

Had a very nice stay here. Near to BTS (they also offer free shuttle service to BTS), it also has a lot of well-maintained facilities, such as pool, gym, coworking space, sauna, communal room, restaurant, and more. The helpers here are also kind and well-mannered, one of them named PUP, as he helps me with the porter service and helps me repackage my stuff into a box.
My Hotel Bangkok Noi

a pretty average room in an older building. the room was spacious, in fact almost too big as there is more than enough space for a second bed or a sofa. it has a bathtub, which is cool, but no fridge. i was late to check-in and called to inform them. the lady was very friendly and said that it was no problem. the location surrounding has many food options and it's about a 15 minute walk to the mrt.

a great hotel in bangkok. do not be put off by the small number of reviews - there is a reason they are all 5 star! location: located in a very Thai area - not a lot of tourists which we were looking for. the main street is lined with authentic thai food stalls and massage places - the $3 pad thai was our breakfast every day. the Sena Fest mall is a short walk away and has a full supermarket too. use the app Grab to get around (thai version of Uber) - big tourist attractions are a short drive away. the hotel is right on the river which you can see from the pool. beautiful views! staff: the staff were faultless - all lovely and offered to help us at every opportunity. we were driven around in a golf cart which was very convenient. room: lovely room, stunning bathroom, everything worked as it should. note that there is no safe in the room but many drawers and shelves. would recommend a room on the 3rd or 4th floor. everything is very very clean. could not fault it. hotel: such a beautiful hotel. it looks exactly like the photos if not better. the pool is great and very clean. we loved our experience and will be back. as check in is at 2pm we left our bags at reception until the room was ready - very safe. if you want a dinner close by, Rim’s Rooftop Bar is a 50m walk and was amazing!

Cool, artistic, neat and clean hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast although the portions could have been larger (for hungry people who workout and eat alot ^^). Dinner not that impressive. Comfortable beds. A bit loud from a machine-sound outside (we stayed at 3rd floor) when we were going to sleep but it was ok if we used ear plugs.
