On arrival we were greeted with a very well dressed doorman and bling doors (great start after a long journey) As it was nighttime we did not have much food or drink options open nearby. We had to search around for a 7 eleven. Suggest that reception should have a list/map of area. Rooms and amenities are awesome with lots of little extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. I was worried about the noise of the metro outside the hotel after watching a recent review on Youtube. Not an issue at all. Could only hear the odd beefed up TukTuk going past. Bed was comfortable and slept like a baby. Try out the local canal boats (1 min walk behind the hotel). You can also grab some delicious Thai food here. For a bit of fun and some great entertainment pop into the Rock bar, which is across the metro overpass. They also do great G&T's. Take the metro when you can as experiences with Taxi's in Bangkok were awful

A great hotel which was excellent value for money. The lobby alone is impressive as you arrive, and staff is very polite and helpful, from the stewards opening the door, to the desk staff and also the cleaning staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable although the mattress in my room would benefit from an upgrade. Amenities are great, the gym has a very decent amount of equipment and the pool is very nice too although pretty much always in the shade so even in the middle of the afternoon the water isn’t too warm! Finally the location is very decent too, there’s a 7-11 just outside the hotel and you can walk to China Town within 25 minutes. I would definitely stay there again. That said, I was somewhat disappointed that despite being told I was upgraded to an Executive room, my room had a view facing the opposite building instead of the cityscape which was what I expected based on the pictures.

Room, bed and toilet are very spacious. Separate shower cubicle so the toilet doesn't get wet everywhere. Walkable distance to Siam/Pratunam area and also very near BTS station if prefer taking the train. The quirky cafe nearby serves tasty western/thai food. Hotel is under Accor group and their service did not disappoint, all the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Only thing for the hotel to take note and possibly upgrade is the shower gel/shampoo bottle pumps and hair dryers. They were a bit dated and faulty but staff changed for us promptly after asking. But it would be great if the hotel can replace with new ones. Overall still very satisfied and will definitely stay again if the price is reasonable/on sale.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chatrium Grand Bangkok. Our room was very neat, clean and the beds super comfortable. We booked the suite with two bedrooms. It was very spacious and luxurious. The kitchen was very big but there was no silverware or any other equipment. Maybe this should be overthought. Everything was to our convenience and the staff was remarkably friendly. We travelled with two children and at breakfast the chef was asking us what kind of baby food he could prepare for us. We really enjoyed the forsighted actions of all the staff members. The service was just exquisit. We also enjoyed the pool, breakfast was very delicious with a wide range of culinary options and the gym is very well equipped. The kids club was nice but there are only a few toys and no staff, so you cannot leave your children there. The spa looked nice but it seemed closed. We can highly recommend this hotel, especially because of excellent staff. Thank you!

The staff spoke good english and were friendly however we encountered a problem with the lock on our room and couldn’t enter, it took a few times talking to the receptionist to send a technician up to replace the lock battery. It was clean enough and had all the basic amenities included.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!

PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

My stay for celebrate my birthday at Sindhorn Kempinski is very memorable impressive. My room is grand premier room. This room is spacious and all well maintained. Luxury with contemporary thai design. In this room has kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc. private balcony. With craftsmanship card and delicious HBD card that fulfill my birthday stay. Service staff are top notch. Friendly and helpful. They always look around to assistant to ensure my stay memorable. Newest Ki Izakaya Japanese Restaurant at 9th floor, highly recommended. Quality ingredients. Staff at there are excellent service. Especially K. Oh. There are bakery shop near flourish restaurant as well. Breakfast is definitely won't be disappointed. Croissant the best. All food set as buffet plus delicious a la carte. The green space in front of the hotel let’s you out of the busy city. Swimming pool with serenity view instagrammer don’t miss it to strike a pose. Last point, Lobby so stunning. I guarantee you have to pick a phone to take a picture for sure. Afternoon tea at lobby lounge, must try. I will be back again and again to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski.

The hotel is very convenient, since very close to the embassy of France. I had a date for the renewal of my passport. The staff of the hotel is welcome and very pleasant. The room is very beautiful, and very clean. I recommend this excellent hotel, which is very close to the embassy of France, but is located in the Bangkok Jewelry Quarter with very few restaurants around, which is a bad thing for the evening.

This is the fourth time I have stayed in this hotel. This hotel is a boutique hotel that is very centrally located. It’s less than 150m from National Stadium BTS and is very safe to walk even at night. The rooms are standard sized but nicely renovated. There’s also a decent gym. The breakfast is rather comprehensive with both cooked and hot food as well as breads and fruits. The room price is also very reasonable. Strongly recommended !

My order taxi was very late, and then the hotel employee ran out into the street to look for another passing taxi for me and arranged for a price. Thanks to her, I managed to get my flight. Additionally, there is McDonald, vending machine selling various types of drinks, and an ATM machine right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is provided for all guests, and you may use the self-service laundry & dryer machines at Level 7 as well. Check-in and check-out process was smooth, and all the staff that we encountered were able to communicate and provide advice to us regarding our inquiries. Housekeeping service is good and the room is very clean. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Good: - Place is really clean and neat - Staff are helpful and friendly - Room is cleaned down and vacuum on a daily basis including cleaning the toilet. All items are placed nicely in the room and easily found. - Room size is decent for the single King Size bed room i got at the time of my travel. - Response to my request are fast and staff are always polite. - Security guard is extremely helpful as well. - Although i didn’t look around the facilities offered, so i won’t comment on it. Lobby is really nice and comfy - Should we require assistance on tuktuk or Cab service or Airport transfer , staffs are able to help us get the price down (which are cheaper than the rate i saw from Klook). Things that can be improved - There is no warm or hot bath water - Non disposable slipper to be used in the room (Can be resolved easily by Krit Thai IMO) - No bath curtain to avoid water from splashing out of the bathtub during shower. (can be resolved easily for Krit Thai IMO)

We had a great stay in Bangkok, superb for everything! from * its location: very near to BTS; cheap taxi fare as well because very close to most tourist spots; * our comfort: we are so comfortable all throughout our stay; beddings/towels are so clean, smells good and very soft; so quiet as well! * cleanliness: the hostel is properly maintained, they refill immediately once the soap/tissue run out. * very GREAT STAFF: they are so accommodating and most of all, they are fluent in english. didn't had a hard time communicating with them; * FREE BREAKFAST! They are so generous, it is not even indicated on their freebies that there is a free breakfast, cook all you want, everything you see on the kitchen is for FREE! * Ambiance: We had the chance to stay in their well-maintained, romantic rooftop for dinner, and right before we go to bed, we used to stay downstairs because of its cozy feeling! I have traveled to various countries so far, but it was the first time I had a beautiful and comfortable hostel. And the price is affordable! The first floor had a small cafe made by the check-in counter and the host, and the second floor was a kitchen and joint space, room, laundry, and third floor was a room. The joint toilet and shower were on the second and third floors 々 by men and women, and it was always clean because it was cleaned every day. And I was happy to have a key locker in front of the shower, and a washbasin with a dryer and a cotton swab. This service is not in the general hostel😆 I stayed in a six-person room this time, but I need a card key to enter the room, there is a locker with one key in the room, and the management of valuables is also safe The locker was the size of a suitcase with a total of 158cm on the three sides. Each bed had a curtain, a reading light, an outlet, and a bed that I could sleep with 182 cm in height was the best! I got a PET bottle of water for free every day, and when I returned to the hostel in the evening, I had a beautiful bed making and prepared a new bath towel ✨ The kitchen and joint space are also large, It was great to cool the delicious mango I bought in the market because I can use the refrigerator freely 😋 next to the hostel is seven eleven, opposite is a shopping mall, If you walk a little, there is a larger shopping mall, the bus stop and the train station are nearby, and the location is good 👍 There is a host who can speak Japanese as well as English, and I am used to traveling abroad Even if you are not, you can stay with peace of mind!
