The location of the hotel is great, right beside the entrance/exit of Emporium so the connectivity to the BTS is just a stone throw away. The room is very clean and hotel staff provided 4 bottles of water free each day. The roof top bar located at 35th view has splendid night views yet the prices of the drinks are still reasonable. There are also quite a number of massage parlours in the vicinity and they are open till late nights but suggest to make bookings first to avoid any disappointment of no available timeslots. Overall, it was a great stay for me :)

This apartment is a must-stay while in Bangkok.Its my 1st time in this apartment n it left a great impression right from the 1st day i checked in.Got a 2-bedroom unit n yes luv it as its fully equipped with wat i wanted.A washer dryer so tat i do not haf laundry when im back home!!!kitchen amenities n yes location!! Walking distance to the BTS stn prom phong n also Emporium,Emquartier just nxt to it.Hilton hotel just opposite.. very safe plc to walk ard at night too!! Would love to stay here again whenever im visiting bangkok!!Recommended!!

It was my third trip to the hotel during the last months and I was very disappointed to see that the service quality is degrading . When I checked in , Jane , the receptionist , was having not a nice attitude , creating a feeling of not very satisfied from her work place . Later on , we arrived the room and it had some hair on the floor - indicating that the cleaning is not their first priority . The breakfast is good and the location as well

Spacious room and very clean! However, the king room does not have a bathtub. Only the twin room have :/ Location not too bad, however a lot of ******************s nearby and not near shopping areas like pratunam. Service was good, hotel staffs were professional and nice enough to give us an hour later check out! Great amenities, nice gym, pool was so-so, sauna, steam room and onsen!! Hotel breakfast was not bad too!

The Hotel is great. We took the 2 bedrooms apartment. As some members of my family are having their birthday on the month that we stayed, the staffs surprised us with a birthday cake a d beautifully decorated room. The Breakfasts are delicious and served only when you ordered. Hence minimised food wastages. Every bedroom comes with a washing machine that has tumbler drying function, as well as a well equipped kitchen. Encourage those with family to choose this hotel that is close to the shopping malls with many good food. Highly recommended place and hotel to stay with elderly, children and toddler. Thank you.

Good location nice shopping in the area including brand new emsphere mall. and Michelin pork noodle soup right next door. Room is a bit old ans dated. Pillows are way too soft had to stack 4 pillows. Road is a bit dark at night. They give a cookie upon check in. And the reception staff are helpful and kind.

The location is convenient, just a few minutes walk from BTS Phrom Phong Station. The transportation is convenient, and the air conditioning and hot water are great! The breakfast buffet is not particularly rich in variety, but it is sufficient. There is a small swimming pool on the fourth floor platform, which is quite clean. The front desk clerk doesn't seem to speak Chinese, but he can communicate in English, and the bellman is proactive and enthusiastic. In short, everything is good. I will stay here again!

What we like this hotel best is the location, you can walk to EmSphere, Emquartier and you have everything around you. The staff are helpful, when we arrived at our room which smells of cigarettes, they changed for us immediately. However, it is an old hotel, so don't expect the amenity and facilities to be brand new. I think also the walls and windows are thin, so if you are very sensitive to sound, you will have to bring ear plugs.

The hotel overall is good. Distance from bts is about 5 minutes walk. Okay if not hot or rainy. Near 1 minute walk have convenient store which is awesome. Check in at night due to flight delay and the receptionist is not having good attitude. Requested late check out for one hour which is 1pm and was rudely rejected. During check out i find another shift of receptionist is so different in attitude. So my point is, if you late arrival dont book. Unless you check in earlier. This is an apartment based so corridor is not sound proof you can hear other room’s noises. And the corridor have smoke smell. Room wise is okay. See picture , but the floor is very dusty. Floor is not carpeted. However, the amenities are complete. Bathtub available. The apartment room is very Japanese style. The shower head is pretty low similar to shower head in Japanese home. Bed and pillow is quite comfy too. Charging outlet location also very convenient to guest. The breakfast have limited selection but there are baker’s confectioneries, ie cheese cake and choc fudge cake. The gym and sauna works but the toilet seems not well maintain, lights and locker doesnt work.

My first time to Bangkok and I didn't regret my choice to choose Barn & Bed as a place to stay. A lot of positive point that I can share in regards to hotel location: 1. The location is close to BTS Phrom Phong Station so it is really easy for you to go everywhere. Literally just few walks away from emQuartier Sukhumvit. 2. Lots and lots of food stall and street food nearby, the hostel actually located behind a cafe. So it is pretty convenience if you look for something around the hotel. 3. Seven Eleven is just around 10 meters walk away. The hostel is really homey and quiet. The design also really cute. Staffs are really helpful and can speak English really well. There is computer at reception area if in case you have any business matter. Second floor is for the canteen, where they serve breakfast. Bringing foods to the room is not allowed, therefore if you would like to have some meal, you should have it there. Since I booked for female dorm with 5 beds, my cubicle is located in 4th floor. Tips for all of you, if you bring big luggage like i did, better keep it at the reception and bring only necessary stuffs to your room, since it will be quite a work out to drag your luggage until 4th floor. The room is clean and comfortable. They switch of the AC everyday starting from 1-4 PM, yet they have mini fan in your cubicle so shouldn't be any problem. In your cubicle there is your own locker, which is pretty big to keep all of your valuable items inside. Towels are given upon check in with deposit of 200 Baht. The bathroom is shared in each floor and always well cleaned. In the morning they prepared delicious sandwiches for breakfast, starting from 7 - 10 AM. Besides, there is also some local fruits to try like banana and apple for your morning brekkie. Really nice! I don't know what else to say about this hostel except, perfect. Great service, great value of money, great location, I will definitely comeback here for my next stay at Bangkok and definitely recommend this place for all the travelers.

The hotel is owned by Nantra Group. They have enough space in the reception area where you can wait for check in or after check out. Located just 5 minutes from Phrom Phong BTS station. The room is spacious enough but the TV is very close to the bed. Good value for money and good location in heart of Bkk.

I can see it immediately because there are people waiting for a surprise in the daytime. 10 minutes from the station? Shimoda Just named ”Ryokan” A system that takes off shoes at the entrance and puts them in the shoe box. From there, slippers. When you enter the room, it is a flooring, and the back is a ３ tatami mats. The flooring is cleaned clean, but I used my own indoor slippers. Front Japanese or Japanese woman is ＯＫ in Japanese. Room doors are not auto locks but type of locking in the middle of the door knob, so be careful not to forget when you go out. Toilet There is a simple water washing toilet. However, because it is attached later, the hole of the toilet seat and the toilet bowl is a little deviated, and in the case of a man, be careful about the tip of the tube! Air conditioner It is embedded and noisy by example. There is a sign that the filter is dirty, but it is a sleeve. My room was in the shadow of the clothes tans, and it was hard for me to make * because I didn't look good. Bed queen size, but very firm, very easy to sleep with my preference. However, there are many things in advance, and there are not many things that are stretched. Washing The washbasin has no plugs, so it is inconvenient to store hot water and wash it. You can pack a poly bag and replace it with a plug. The bath room has a shower in the room, and the ”selling” of this inn has a bath. ２～３ in a bathtub of about tatami mats, the washroom is ３ people, but it is not possible to get a small bathtub in the room. However, be careful because the bathroom is slippery with bathing agents. The time to put in is from ５ in the evening to midnight. There is no overall elevator, so it is less 々 hard to carry heavy luggage up to ３ floor. There are some places that I am a little worried about, but the Japanese style inn was surprisingly calm and the TV was seen in all channels. I wonder if it will be a regular inn for a while.
