Room, bed and toilet are very spacious. Separate shower cubicle so the toilet doesn't get wet everywhere. Walkable distance to Siam/Pratunam area and also very near BTS station if prefer taking the train. The quirky cafe nearby serves tasty western/thai food. Hotel is under Accor group and their service did not disappoint, all the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Only thing for the hotel to take note and possibly upgrade is the shower gel/shampoo bottle pumps and hair dryers. They were a bit dated and faulty but staff changed for us promptly after asking. But it would be great if the hotel can replace with new ones. Overall still very satisfied and will definitely stay again if the price is reasonable/on sale.

On arrival we were greeted with a very well dressed doorman and bling doors (great start after a long journey) As it was nighttime we did not have much food or drink options open nearby. We had to search around for a 7 eleven. Suggest that reception should have a list/map of area. Rooms and amenities are awesome with lots of little extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. I was worried about the noise of the metro outside the hotel after watching a recent review on Youtube. Not an issue at all. Could only hear the odd beefed up TukTuk going past. Bed was comfortable and slept like a baby. Try out the local canal boats (1 min walk behind the hotel). You can also grab some delicious Thai food here. For a bit of fun and some great entertainment pop into the Rock bar, which is across the metro overpass. They also do great G&T's. Take the metro when you can as experiences with Taxi's in Bangkok were awful

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chatrium Grand Bangkok. Our room was very neat, clean and the beds super comfortable. We booked the suite with two bedrooms. It was very spacious and luxurious. The kitchen was very big but there was no silverware or any other equipment. Maybe this should be overthought. Everything was to our convenience and the staff was remarkably friendly. We travelled with two children and at breakfast the chef was asking us what kind of baby food he could prepare for us. We really enjoyed the forsighted actions of all the staff members. The service was just exquisit. We also enjoyed the pool, breakfast was very delicious with a wide range of culinary options and the gym is very well equipped. The kids club was nice but there are only a few toys and no staff, so you cannot leave your children there. The spa looked nice but it seemed closed. We can highly recommend this hotel, especially because of excellent staff. Thank you!

We, a family of three, stayed three nights here and are very impressed by the convenient location, cozy environment and excellent services provided by friendly and professional staff. The pool, the gym and the breakfast are all great which give you a resort-feel right in the centre of the city. The spa, though comes at a hefty price tag, is so relaxing that you’ll find every inch of your muscle being properly massaged. All in all, the stay in this hotel worths every penny you spent.

The hotel is just next to Phaya Thai BTS station, airport link from BKK airport to hotel is only 30 minutes, we stayed this hotel to celebrate our 31's wedding anniversary, hotel has arranged a cake and small gift for us. Our check in is at the 22/F., executive floor. All the lobby staff, room services staff and F&B staffs are very nice. We can choose to have breakfast at 22/F., or 5/F., The Market and the foods are delicious. They also got 2 nice swimming pool, 22/F., and 37/F. The spa and Gym is wonderful. Make sure you book the Deluxe Room as they have bathtub and shower. The One bedroom suite has shower only.

The staff spoke good english and were friendly however we encountered a problem with the lock on our room and couldn’t enter, it took a few times talking to the receptionist to send a technician up to replace the lock battery. It was clean enough and had all the basic amenities included.

PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

My stay for celebrate my birthday at Sindhorn Kempinski is very memorable impressive. My room is grand premier room. This room is spacious and all well maintained. Luxury with contemporary thai design. In this room has kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc. private balcony. With craftsmanship card and delicious HBD card that fulfill my birthday stay. Service staff are top notch. Friendly and helpful. They always look around to assistant to ensure my stay memorable. Newest Ki Izakaya Japanese Restaurant at 9th floor, highly recommended. Quality ingredients. Staff at there are excellent service. Especially K. Oh. There are bakery shop near flourish restaurant as well. Breakfast is definitely won't be disappointed. Croissant the best. All food set as buffet plus delicious a la carte. The green space in front of the hotel let’s you out of the busy city. Swimming pool with serenity view instagrammer don’t miss it to strike a pose. Last point, Lobby so stunning. I guarantee you have to pick a phone to take a picture for sure. Afternoon tea at lobby lounge, must try. I will be back again and again to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!

We used it until the departure of the midnight flight. So I didn't sleep. The building is quite old, but the room facilities are firm. There are also tables, refrigerators and safety boxes. There is also an outlet on the pillow. There is also a bathtub. The size is also a problematic size. It was a room on the 6 floor, but there was a BTS Nana station platform at the close distance ahead of the window of the room. It's quite noisy when the train passes. The room on the side of the Sukhumvit Street on the 5th and 6th floors seems to be the front of the platform. If you want a quiet room, you should request a room opposite to Sukhumvit Street. The location is zero minutes walk from the entrance of Nana Station. Very convenient location, but it is a hotel for people who want to stay reasonable because it is old.

The room was decent. They need to upgrade their pillows. They were too thin. The balcony size was a joke. See the picture posted. The location was near the bts. Lot's of food stalls at night. You can also walk to the shopping area(25 mins walk). The staffs were friendly.

My check was not pleasant at all, I actually don't mind them charging another one night charge for my early check in but the amount of time checking in was long and the receptionist wasn't very understanding of my predicaments. Anyway, apart from that, I liked my room and the location is fantastic with a connected to the BTS skytrain.

I stayed here for 3 days with my friends. Great service, affordable price. Located near (Ratchateewi BTS Station) Nandi Station in Yucha (about 250 meters). There are many food stalls and restaurants on the street in front of the hotel. A lot of halal restaurants were found near the hotel, and there were 7/11 and Thai massage shops across the street (the Thai massage shops outside the hotel are cheaper, but the Thai massage center inside the hotel is still recommended). Wifi is stable, but the pool is small, the spa and Japanese cuisine are not big (may be run separately but located in the same building). If there are 4,5 people in the same group, it is best to choose a suite, very spacious, with kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. Hotel staff are very polite and welcoming except for the front desk. But there is no view outside the window and other views to enjoy.

Very good hostel near Ratchathewi BTS with food stalls and 7-11 nearby. Common area and toilets are clean, bunk bed is comfortable with sufficient head space, and hostel is generally quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. There’s laundry service available for a fee. It helps to have insect repellent and ointment at hand in case you meet with mosquitoes. There are no lifts. The lockers are roomy. For one shared dorm room occupant need to slot in access card for lights to be on and it was rather inconvenient as one may forget to bring along the card when going to the toilet. This was not required in a different room. Overall I would recommend this hostel.

I've stayed in so many hostels never before in such a good hostel. Breakfast is a normal Western breakfast, bread, jam, butter, chocolate, tea, coffee and the like. It is also very close to the BTS station. There are two stations to the Erawan Shrine and only two stations to the King Power Duty Free. It seems that going to the Grand Palace can take a boat ride under the Ivory Bridge. I took a trip and did something wrong, or I didn't get it, I don't know. 20-30 Baht. Next to the hotel is 711. Everything you buy is very convenient.

Conmon area: Nice and spacious. 5. Every bed gets their own light, power point and curtain. 6. The bed is comfortable Cons: 1. The room is quite crowded, not much space to move around 2. The water supply of the shower is weak. 3. More hooks should be done inside the toilets and shower rooms. Not much spaces for you to put things in the shower room. 4. No rubbish bin in the dorm room. 5. Breakfast is very basic,no bread is provided.

We had a great stay in Bangkok, superb for everything! from * its location: very near to BTS; cheap taxi fare as well because very close to most tourist spots; * our comfort: we are so comfortable all throughout our stay; beddings/towels are so clean, smells good and very soft; so quiet as well! * cleanliness: the hostel is properly maintained, they refill immediately once the soap/tissue run out. * very GREAT STAFF: they are so accommodating and most of all, they are fluent in english. didn't had a hard time communicating with them; * FREE BREAKFAST! They are so generous, it is not even indicated on their freebies that there is a free breakfast, cook all you want, everything you see on the kitchen is for FREE! * Ambiance: We had the chance to stay in their well-maintained, romantic rooftop for dinner, and right before we go to bed, we used to stay downstairs because of its cozy feeling! Arrived to no staff at 4pm. Had to call a number to enter the property. Upon entry , we had to look around for our room; which was behind a hidden door. Upon entry the room was damp, had marks all over the walls and was generally in poor condition. Lukewarm shower and a door to the room which would lock and wouldn’t let you back in! Thankfully one of us had stayed inside and could open. Due to lack of staff we had no choice but to leave and booked another hotel. Terrible
