Westin Hotels in Bangkok

This was my second time staying at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok. I had just settled into my room and was about to relax when I noticed a large, rather disgusting stain on the bedsheet. So, I called the housekeeping manager, who promptly moved me to a new room and offered a complimentary two-day breakfast and a late checkout until 2 PM as compensation. Alright, getting some rest was the priority. But then, in the new room, I discovered another stain, this time on the duvet cover, looking like ink or oil. 'Seriously? Again?' I thought, but decided to just let it go and asked a staff member to change the sheet. After waiting for 15 minutes with no one showing up, I started to get a bit annoyed and called the housekeeping manager again. The manager came with a staff member, replaced the sheet, and then, with a dismissive 'already changed,' turned and walked away. Yes, very nonchalant and composed, almost making me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I thought that was the end of it, but the 'excitement' continued. The next morning, I woke up and found a previous guest's key card stuck in the gap of the headboard. This clearly indicates that the room wasn't properly cleaned at all! This was definitely a bit too much.
