We arrived late, but the reception was kind. The sea view from the room was great and the optional breakfast was delicious. The bad points were that someone left the electric kettle and coffee cups in the room while using them, and the lights in the room were broken.

The hotel has changed its name to Nomi. It looks like it's changed hands recently. The hotel is set up high overlooking Anglesey and the Menai Straights. I stayed in the king-size bedroom with a sea view. The room was well presented with an ensuite, which is clearly new to a high standard. I had a comfortable night's sleep. The only downside is I couldn't get the TV to work, and as I have a bad leg, I didn't entertain the thought of going down to reception some 40 or so steep steps away. There isn't a lift as the rooms are in a separate building to reception. From the small car park at the base to the hotel, it was 57 steps to my room. Some rather steep. As the hotel is run by Indians there is an onsite Indian restaurant in a conservatory overlooking the bay and Bangor Pier. Stunning views.

Lovely BnB in a great location. Sea view room is a must! The restaurant is also very good with Indian food served. Not your typical food either. Only shame was breakfast not being available due to renovations (which is odd when food is served in the restaurant in the evening). But it just meant I had to try another place in town, not a problem.

Me and my other half stayed here from the 7th to 8th December 2024 and for the money we paid it was absolutely lovely. The staff were very welcoming to us and our dog. We stayed in room 7 which is above the restaurant and the views were lovely. The room smelled fresh, the bathroom appears to have been recently refurbished to a high standard and the room was very spacious. The beds were comfy too. We slept great even with the recent storm that hit Wales. As for the restaurant, the food was beautifully presented and was so great. I was surprised not to see your standard curry dishes but the ones on the menu were fabulous. Only negative of the stay was the room temperature. The radiators were on very low so we had to get the winter blankets out of the cupboard for the night.

My partner and I stayed for several nights, including bonfire night at the hotel in room 19. We arrived early and checked it was okay to leave the car, before venturing out into Bangor. We returned later to check into our room which was clean, spacious, and nice and warm with an amazing view. Whilst the bathroom was compact, it was clean and the shower amazing! Fresh towels were provided daily although not always required however, another nice touch . Breakfast although extra, could be booked the previous day and was tasty and substantial, which set us up for the day. Tea and coffee facilities were available in the room, and topped up daily. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I booked a 1 night stay for my husband's birthday as he wanted to eat in the restaurant. From the minute we arrived to when we left we were treated impeccably, the service was very professional and friendly. We stayed in room 19, it was a beautiful room (loved the curtain fabric), only upstaged by the view. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and slept very well. On to our restaurant experience - WOW! The restaurant itself is beautiful, very comfortable and again benefitted from the wonderful view. The service was impeccable. All of the food served was stunning, the nicest Indian food we have ever eaten. The flavours were amazing, everything was cooked to perfection and the presentation was perfect. The drinks service was great and we really appreciated the birthday dessert :) We left the following day, already talking about when we would return and feeling like we had had the most luxurious experience. Thank you all very much for your kindness, hospitality and beautiful food!
