Rooms were spotlessly clean , staff were friendly and cooked breakfast was very good value. Hotel was a 15/20 minute trip into Belfast with the train station nearby. Bangor itself is lovely with a marina and nice restaurants all within easy walking distance.

Excellent hotel. Vegan and vegetarian breakfast including Soya milk was worth every penny. Hot and fresh and made to order and then served to us at our table by the chef. Hotel has free parking. Room was spotless as was all parts of the hotel I seen.Staff were efficient, courteous and professional. Hotel is a few minutes walk from the bus and train station if you wish to travel into Belfast or stop off at any point along the journey to enjoy the sea and sand of Helens Bay or the museum at Cultra

Best premier inn we stayed in so far. 2 adults and 4 kids in interconnecting rooms. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff especially Roshan who checked us in and couldn't do enough for us during the duration of our stay. Will definitely return and recommend. Thank you very much.

Brilliant hotel, that is very close to train and rail station and also a few minutes walk to everything you need and require. Breakfast in hotel top notch with plenty to choose from. Friendly staff that made check in easier. We will be back soon.

We've had excellent customer service when staying here can't complain about how friendly the staff are. Roshan has been excellent member of staff very friendly and kind. And are breakfast is always very good. And we have always had are room cleaned.

Friendly staff, always happy to accommodate your requests. Dining in sometimes has quite a few things not available i.e. any dish with chicken, steak etc. Not a problem for someone who isn't a picky eater but could definitely be for someone who is.

Brilliant room service staff, breakfast was very good and room was brilliant hotel is half a mile from Bangor bus and rail station which you can see from your room..this is the first time we have been to Northern Ireland and such nice and friendly people.

We cannot rate this highly enough. We chose Premier Inn as we just needed a bed to sleep for 6 nights visiting family. During our first night we experienced a noise in our room that kept us awake. I went to reception at 3 a.m. to ask if there was something that could be done. The manager, Jen, explained the hotel was fully booked but agreed to look into it as soon as the maintenance staff arrived. Within 10 mins she was at our door offering us a room she discovered had not been checked into yet. She could not have been more helpful or understanding. The hotel is bright and clean. Very near transport and quiet. We were offered complimentary breakfast due to the inconvenience. The food was great and again staff very pleasant and helpful. This is a great premier inn. Thank you to all the staff and to Jen the manager, who was very professional and helpful.

Very comfortable sleep staff were courteous very professional we will definitely stay and recommend. Excellent value for money. Loads of things to fo and plenty off Excellent restaurants throughout Bangor co down. Look forward to going back in the future

Lovely hotel and friendly staff - shout out to Roshan who is so helpful and was there till late and up early but still with a big smile! Very clean rooms and good showers - good breakfast. Good location - right near the centre of town and short walk to the marina.

An excellent premier inn. Clean and functional. Roshan and every single member of staff were welcoming and extremely friendly and helpful. Absolutely brilliant service!!! This reflects the welcome you get in the whole town. Can't recommend visiting too highly.

Staying here has become a half term tradition. Clean spacious room, friendly staff. Good parking. Self check in was convenient and easy. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Children made welcome. Will be back next half term.

Located in the middle of town, and with ample parking, this is a great place to stop for visiting Bangor and for exploring Down. Staff were lovely and the breakfast set you up for the day. I have stayed here before, and will stay again. Thanks to everyone at Bamgor!
