The experience was terrible from start to finish, it didn't even seem like the new network we knew.
We arrived and they sent us to a dirty room, then we were moved to a room with no view of the end of the corridor, which had a door at the back that slammed because of the wind. We didn't even rest, since we had an early flight the next day. The service at the restaurant was terrible because we didn't speak Polish, they made fun of us, and laughed out loud. In addition to being too lazy to work, we had a poorly prepared snack, we ordered sparkling water, they brought us regular water, and the hotel gave us free water, but they still charged us. I do not recommend it at all, the pool is so cold that it's impossible to get in, and it's spring, let alone winter. I recommend it if you want to get angry.

Very underwhelming service. Not able to change 2 weeks ahead of the stay date.
I made booking on a wrong day via ******* portal. The date defaulted on a portal two weeks ahead. I have noticed my error as soon as I received email confirmation and the staff wouldn’t answer my calls nor messages to change the booking, even though it was 2-weeks ahead. Shocking service in a good looking hotel.

Maybe this is not the cheapest place in Gdańsk, but in my opinion option with additional breakfast is worth of its price. Hotel has great view at the see, small distance to the nearest beach. The only disadvantage is the public transport, because it pretty not accessible there

The old building, but still in a good shape and everything works properly. The room, with sea view, was not large, but functional. The shared areas well organized and offering for kids a lot of space for playing and entertainment. The breakfast buffet absolutely satisfactory and the dinning room with nice view. The staff very friendly and polite, including waiters team in the restaurant. The strongest point of this entity is the location, almost touching beautiful sandy beach. Prices reasonably. The parking fee should be less expensive for the hotel guests.

Enjoy a stay here
It was a really nice experience to stay here. Just a step away from the sea, with nice view from the window. Rooms are newly renowated and really clean.Breakfast was really good and fresh. Good coffee. Bad condition of the building outisde and for the swimming pool. No "additional points" unfortunatelly. Just to sleep and eat rather not spending and enjoying long time there.

Excellent location within 25 minutes walking distance to Sopot and close walk on the promenade to Gdańsk. The hotel offers beautiful sea views snd very good facilities, including swimming pool, sauna, gym, bar and restaurant. Tasty breakfast served as a buffet and delicious dinners are available daily. Plenty of activities for children and teenagers. Very welcoming and friendly staff, especially Mrs Viola, who is always very welcoming, helpful, supportive and offers useful information. I have been visiting the hotel for a over 10 years now and every year it’s been a very positive experience. I would highly recommend the stay at this hotel!
