Hygiene: Very bad Facilities: No hot water

Very bad The blanket has blood spots Dirty bed linen The bathroom floor is sticky and wet Dusty room The receptionist didn't really do his job duties Random and disrespectful to guests Housekeeping is also very noisy outside the room The food is surrounded by flies and dust It's a shame even though the hotel's location is quite strategic😢

Untuk kebersihan masih kurang, tolong ditingkatkan lagi. Untuk lampu tidur itu tidak berfungsi lagi, mohon segera untuk diperbaiki. Untuk sisanya, oke lah.

Lokasinya sangat strategis namun kamar hotelnya sebaiknya diperbarui. Kamarnya yang Queen bed sempit namun bed-nya masya allah
