Not much can be expected from a hotel that is 12 years old, old facilities, old hallway and lobby atmosphere. Some things are still comfortable, such as soft linen and a soft mattress, even though the pillow is not very comfortable and sometimes the linen is not clean so it makes the body itchy, cleanliness is not maintained. What makes this hotel not go bankrupt is because it is located in the middle of the city, if only this was a hotel on the outskirts of the city this hotel would definitely be just a memory. However, for events and meetings, it is still very worth it.

The characteristics of this hotel are dirty and old. In early April 2023, I stayed in the classic room for 3 nights because there was a balcony facing the river. However, the balcony with a good view towards the river looks too weak, so I think it will collapse, so I only went out twice in about 10 seconds. Muddy water comes out of the bathroom (see photo). The curtains are very dirty when they were washed, and the white net curtains are torn in 6-7 sculptures in vertical directions without lying. The cups in the room are broken everywhere, and the towels are gray. The floor is dusty too. I cleaned it, but the floor was always dusty. The breakfast buffet tableware was not only old, but also too dirty to be washed or kept too dirty, so I didn't want to use it. In particular, the water tip of the dispenser, which provides drinking water, was too dirty to drink water. The staff only greet you well. Say hello if you meet. But there is no service mind. Lots of mosquitoes in the lobby. There are few mosquitoes in the guest room. The location is near the kanga. About 100 meters from the hotel, there is a place to sell corn and palm trees at night. The atmosphere near the hotel is very good.

I was stay in room 220, and i shocked to find that so many fungus on bathroom door frame in my room. There is something need to be improve with cleanliness and tidiness in this hotel for a better great stay experience later on. Thankyou

strategic location, comfortable, in the middle of the city of Banjarmasin. there is a swimming pool on the 7th floor. good service. the food is ok. best price. close to supermarkets and minimarkets. beautiful view best facilities. complete breakfast with local specialties. Highly recommended hotel for family, friends and business.

Nice stay, affordable price and nice breakfast. Nearby restaurant, mall and other shopping center. Easy to get a transportation in the hotel area.. this hotel also nice at night. We can find another hotel surrounding of this hotel. Just one night stay in this hotel to visiting a friend.

Yusuf handle me when I do check in process. Everything going well. How he treat guests are excellent. Well explained with honest pure smile on his face. I'm not go straight to my room. I wanna stay for couple of minutes at their restaurant to enjoy the ambience. The vibes feels so lovely and welcome. Then Iman came, offering me with the menu's. Hey! All prices are soooo affordable! Believe me guys. I'm not mood yet for take main dishes, it's too early for me, so I order a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, at that time, Zuri Express Banjarmasin still not have a coffee machine. As a person who 'extremely' addicted to strong coffee, that's a little bit problem for me. But that's OK, who knows in the near future, they will have it. Anyway, Iman hospitality services is perfect. How about the room? LAV it! I'm staying at 701. It's perfectly fit for me, not too small or too big. Everything are clean, neat and (VERY) comfy. The internet speed, air conditioner and water heater works VERY good. Next morning when I do breakfast, Ika greetings me. I like the way she's smile. Cheerful person, energic and so kind. If you LOVE spicy, man YOU MUST come here! They have 20 kind different of sambals! That's crazy! In my head I'm screaming like, ”Whaaaaat ... How AMAZING is thaaaaat 🤩🤩🤩”. Actually there are LOT of other things I want to share with you guy's, but I need to catch a flight. Overall ... Zuri Express Banjarmasin is my TOP CHOICE when I come visit Banjarmasin again. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I was deeply disappointed. The staff was very slow in providing response. The room was quite dirty. The AC looks disgusting, it is obvious that it is rarely cleaned. There was blood stain on the bedsheets, the pillows were so smelly, and they didn’t bother to change it, and they didn’t bother to change it the next day when housekeeping did the male up room. They changed only after I asked them to do so. They kept giving hard time when it comes to paying services despite the fact that I left an open tab on my credit card at the receptionist. I understand that hospitality sector is struggling, but this kind of service is not acceptable.
