Make yourself a home cooked meal in our fully equipped kitchen. There are two dining areas with seating for 10 guests, with an additional four stools at the custom built kitchen island. Off the kitchen is bedroom #1, the master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and a large master bath with a free standing tub. Bedroom #2 is also located on the main floor. This cozy guest bedroom comes with a queen and Jack-N-Jill bathroom. You will find the laundry room on the main floor as well. The back deck is accessed from the living room and master, and features a covered outdoor dining, grill, seating area and fire pit.The downstairs den provides a second living area where guests can spread out. Warm up by the fireplace, enjoy a drink from the bar and play some pool. Step out on the lower level deck and relax in the adirondack chairs or the hot tub. This floor you will find bedroom #3 with a queen bed and Jack-N-Jill bathroom. Bedroom #4 is the bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds and access to the shared bathroom. All living rooms and bedrooms (except the bunk room) have smart TVs.Other things to note: Pets are not allowed at this home. Small but spacious, sleeps 4-6 with a king bed in the master bedroom, sleeper sofa in the living room and two twin beds in the quaint loft. The loft is accessible by a ladder and is recommended for children over 8 years old and adults only. The outdoor lounging is the highlight – view of the mountains, wildlife all around, and you are just a stone's throw from the river, and can hear the water at night. There is a dining table outside on the covered porch. Due to the small space inside, we do not have a dining table indoors. But we have provided TV trays for eating in the living room.Please bring your pups! Dogs left unattended should be well-trained. Puppies under 1 should be crated when you are not home. We have also provided a gate to block the entrance to the covered porch if you want your pups to hang out with you outside.
