Great hotel  Can’t go wrong with Holiday Inn  good value

The room is very clean but the downside is they don’t have kettle in the room ,only coffee machine.. Very near to desert hill outlet..only about 10mins drive

I often use trip.com for both my business and personal travels worldwide. I prefer to avoid lengthy disputes with trip.com. It's essential that trip.com carefully verifies the information they publish, especially since I consider my dog a family member when traveling together. My main concern is fairness when I'm denied service late at night after enduring long journeys, forcing us to find another hotel room in an unfamiliar town. This situation places significant burdens on us. Trip.com incorrectly stated that this place accepted dogs. I booked the hotel specifically because I was traveling with my dog. Upon arrival, we were informed that dogs were not allowed. As a result, we had to book another hotel in the middle of the night. I am extremely dissatisfied with both this hotel and trip.com for providing incorrect information. Trip.com has stated they cannot refund me because they have already paid the hotel.

Everything service wise was amazing. from the check-in to check out all was very easy and smooth. There was a small little issue with the room I was given at check-in, but again the service was incredible to where I was accommodated accordingly, and put into a good room where I was happy. I wasn’t there for long. It was just a night stay, but definitely will book again.👌🏽👌🏽 Keep up the good work .
