服務態度好，酒店風格不錯，設施齊全，大廳很大，前台服務好，貼心，還把準備好的旅遊攻略發給我，遊玩的時候省了不少事兒。辦理入住快，房間乾淨整潔，網絡給力，床很大，衞生間乾淨，洗澡也舒服，客房服務員熱情。停車免費而且停車場很大，洗衣服方便，烘乾機方便，不錯的體驗。

服務非常周到，辦理入住送了伴手禮，入住還有胖東來的果汁，非常好喝。身份證還給裝了透明卡套，離店還送了四瓶礦泉水，還免費給升級了房型，店門口就是停車場，前台服務也很有禮貌，暖心。整體評價滿分！

吹爆這家寶藏酒店!服務特別貼心，前台小姐姐主動歡迎，因為到早了還幫安排了提前入住，介
紹了一下週邊景點。位置絕了，到直隸總督署，古蓮花池、西大街景區都在1公里左右，逛景點

第一 非常不隔音 隔壁清嗓子都能聽見
第二 沒有什麼服務 贈送早餐也需要我網上取消 線下訂房 再加二十多元才能贈送（我沒取消 ） 床品也相當粗糙
我住了四天 第三天早上讓服務員換一下床單被單 服務員説她們三天才更換 到前台跟前台説了才能更換
第四天白天服務員未經同意打開了我的房間門 當時我正在洗澡 朋友在上廁所 幸好當時朋友在 不然對於一個女生來説 在洗澡的時候突然有人打開了房間門 這是什麼性質？
事發當天有事情不願意把時間浪費在扯皮上 於是選擇跟店傢俬下溝通 但是店家一直避重就輕 安排所謂經理跟我對接 整個流程一直都在推卸責任 事情已經發生 客人有情緒 第一時間不是解決客人情緒和問題 而且一直在説她們客房服務員沒有問題 流程沒有問題 話裏話外衹差説我在沒事找事了 這個事情可大可小 但是店家解決事情的態度激化了矛盾
我定了很多酒店 這是我給的第一個差評 我認為既然是開了這麼多年的酒店 設備陳舊 環境老化都是無法避免 但是在服務方面應該是最好的 結果卻令人大失所望
幾天住下來真是大失所望 所以我要求退掉一半房費 店家不同意 讓攜程客服協商 我退步退掉事發當天房費 結果後面打電話説也不退 衹能讓那個阿姨個人給我轉100元補償 （我拒絕了）真是佩服貴店的解決問題方式
第三環境一般 房間很小 睡覺的地方洗手間和浴室的面積一樣大 房間內的枱燈還是壞的 電視也不能投屏 還會出現打不開的情況 而且必須要對着機頂盒才能按動遙控器 機頂盒還被藏在電視後面 我找了半天 就這樣老化的房間還是高檔型
最後提醒各位出行的朋友 最近北方柳絮漫天飛 注意戴好口罩 皮膚敏感的朋友保護好自己

位置很好，走着到西街10分鐘路程。有很大的停車場，自駕很方便。服務很好，送水送線，唯一的缺點就是電梯衹有一部，人多的時候需要等一下。
