1、新裝修，整體非常乾淨
2、交通方便，緊挨着大路
3、服務熱情，品質不錯。我去看了離這個店不遠的智博園酒店（也是三百左右一晚），價格差不多，但是智博園不論是裝修材料質量，風格品質，都比這個差不少。
4、各方面配套可以，免費停車場，免費洗衣房，小健身房（但是器械質量不太行）
不足：部分房間牆是斜着的，強迫症要注意，我花的斜牆房型的費用，給我升級了房型。還贈送了早餐。

酒店的衞生狀況絕對是頂級的！每個角落都打掃得一塵不染，連空調出風口都很乾凈。水杯和洗漱用品都是密封包裝的，讓人用得很放心。服務人員顏值高，態度好，每次見面都會熱情打招呼。整體感覺很現代、很便捷，體驗非常好。

房間服務很好，大堂裡邊有花茶，可以飲用，房間裏有衣櫃，毛巾，還有沙發，非常方便，還有健身房跟洗衣房可以洗衣服，還會送到房間洗掉烘乾的房間的設施很好，前台服務也很好，離地鐵站很近，幾分鐘的路程，旁邊有很多吃的，很方便

這次住維也納酒店，體驗感拉滿！一進大堂，典雅的裝修和熱情的前台就讓人好感倍增。房間乾淨敞亮，床品舒適，晚上睡得超香。早餐種類多，味道也不錯。周邊交通便利，出行超方便，下次出行還選它！
