This stay at Senlan Hotel really far exceeded expectations, and must be given a five-star praise! From the beginning of entering the lobby, the service is particularly reassuring. The front desk lady is super efficient and kind like an old friend. She also took the initiative to remind us that the hotel has free afternoon tea. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the details were done in place - the bedding was dry and fluffy, the bathroom floor drain did not have a hair, and even the glass was polished brightly. The location is also very convenient, just five minutes walk to the subway station, the surrounding area is quiet but the living facilities are complete. When checking out, the manager also chased out and sent a small gift, saying that he looked forward to seeing you next time. To be honest, I have lived in many hotels of the same price, and Senlan is one of the few places that makes me feel ”worth the money”. I have already recommended it to my friends, I will definitely choose here next time!

The room is quiet, the bedding is comfortable, there is a parking lot in front of the door, parking is convenient, there are many shopping centers around, it is very convenient to travel and eat, the front desk is very polite, giving people a homely feeling, the most worth mentioning is the breakfast, rich and varied, although the restaurant is small but it is cleaned up in time, there are pancakes, which are particularly good, a very satisfactory stay experience.

We selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding. The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in. We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend. We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite. ”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”. This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it. Living Room: A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space. Bedroom: The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding. Bathroom: As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite. Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor. ”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”. Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless. The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service. As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests. We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here. Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel.
