What satisfies me most about the whole hotel is the hygiene. The floors are relatively clean! This level of non-star hotel is really great! Now let me talk about the shortcomings. I drove to the door but couldn't enter the parking lot because the parking spaces were full. I called the front desk and they asked me to find the security guard who said he was staying at the hotel. After I found the security guard and went in, the front desk kept telling me on the phone to just find a place to park... I was speechless. If there was a parking space, wouldn't they automatically open the gate? Fortunately, a car left soon... We found the chance... When I went downstairs the next day, we made eye contact with the receptionist, and I needed to smile and nod politely first. Maybe there is something wrong with me that makes me unworthy of the service greeting... But I should have been trained in this aspect of service... In addition, some of the hardware can really be replaced. For a price of less than 300, the hair dryer is still the oldest one. You need to press it with your hand all the time. The mattress will also move... Distance is not a problem, and it is very convenient to go to the attractions. It can be improved. Baoding is not a mainstream tourist city. According to the consumption level, the price is not low. Unfortunately, I can only give it a medium rating!

One day in advance, the hotel staff Fu Meng took the initiative to contact and ask about specific needs, such as room orientation, children's supplies, etc., and also upgraded the room type for free. The service was very serious and responsible. All kinds of supplies were prepared before check-in. Arrived at 8 o'clock that night, the lobby concierge Xiaotian took the initiative to help with the luggage, and patiently introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding conditions. The front desk presented freshly baked cookies and donkey mascots, which the children liked very much. The hotel room is clean and tidy, the north-facing room has a good view, the swimming pool water temperature is just right, the breakfast variety is comprehensive, and the most important thing is that the quality is very high, not at all makeshift, and it is definitely worth the price. The only two shortcomings are that the north-facing room is close to the road, so there will still be a little noise at night, but it does not affect rest, and the second is that the refrigerator in the room is broken. I contacted the front desk and quickly replaced it with a new one. The response was quick and worthy of praise. I will definitely choose Hilton next time I come to Baoding.

The service attitude of the hotel staff is a must, from the warm greetings at the door to helping with luggage, to patiently answering questions, every detail makes people feel warm. The breakfast is even more abundant, with all the local specialties. Next time I come here, I will not hesitate to choose this hotel!

But the only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple, which can be improved compared with similar priced Home Inns. In addition, the TV control is not very sensitive (there are many TV programs and free on-demand movies).

However, it is surrounded by construction sites. The key price is favorable. It doesn't increase much during the holidays. We travel all the time. It's very convenient to take a taxi. It's not far from the scenic spots, but the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the staff talking in the corridor at 6 o'clock in the morning, clearly, and the sound of going up and down the stairs!

I will choose this hotel next time.

On May Day, the whole family went to visit Qingxiling and stayed in Baoding for the night. We chose Xiyue Hotel for the convenience of parking. The location of the hotel is suitable for self-driving. The parking lot is quite large. The room facilities are complete. The breakfast is rich and varied. It can be described as luxurious. The dishes are as good as lunch. The special donkey fire is particularly popular and it is sold out as soon as it is served.

At first, I hesitated between this hotel and the well-established Zhuozheng Hotel, but finally chose this hotel. After all, it is relatively new and the actual stay was quite good. The bartending equipment in the room is quite innovative. Amanda at the front desk was very nice. She also helped to upgrade the room type. I was very satisfied with my stay. I will choose this hotel again next time.
