They are super thoughtful. They greet you every time you enter the door. The attitude is super good. Tea, coffee and sour plum soup are prepared in the rest area, and there is also an ice machine. Every time I go out and come back, I drink a cup of sour plum soup with ice. It's so refreshing. My dad is also very satisfied with this hotel.

The greeting robot was super cute, it helped me take my luggage to my room and even said hello in a playful way – I was instantly charmed~ The smart giant projector screen in the room was absolutely amazing! With 4K high-definition quality, I could enjoy a private cinema experience right from my bed. There was a wide selection of content, and I could even cast from my phone. Lying on the soft bed and binge-watching shows until late at night was incredibly cozy! The lights and air conditioning could also be controlled by voice; just speaking a command could adjust the ambiance – a true godsend for lazy people! And the service was impeccable. Robots could also deliver snacks and daily necessities to the room, and they responded incredibly quickly. Thoughtfulness was evident in every detail, from the smart toilet to the motion-sensor night light, offering a high-tech yet super comfortable experience. This stay was fantastic, perfectly blending smart technology with comfort. It's definitely a hidden gem of a hotel for business trips or leisure getaways. I'll definitely be back!

The room is very spacious, comfortable and warm. The whole room is bright and clean. I only wanted to stay in a city view king room when I agreed. I was surprised to find that there was a sliding door between the bed and the reception after checking in. It seemed like I was staying in a suite. There was also Xiaodu. I experienced the superiority of smart service. Although it was only a short day, it felt very good. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. All the service staff from the lobby to the restaurant to the cleaning staff served every guest with a smile. My stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Next time I come to Baoding, I will still choose Licheng Donggu Hotel.

I've stayed at many Vienna Hotels across China, but this one was by far the worst experience. There was no air conditioning, and it was so hot at night I couldn't sleep. Apparently, the property management hadn't turned it on yet! I checked out and moved to the City Comfort Inn. On May 16th, I called and was told the A/C was finally on, so I came back from the City Comfort Inn, only to find it was still stifling hot that night! The air conditioning still wasn't working! The hotel sent up a fan, which was completely useless! I'm absolutely fed up!
