The hygiene is clean and tidy, even the glass of the toilet and bathroom is as clean as if there is nothing, the bed is neatly made, and the sofas and tables and chairs are also very clean👍I live on the fourth floor. The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful, professional, and answers all questions. It's very good👍There is nothing to pick about the service. No matter when you meet in the elevator or the corridor, you will take the initiative to greet, which shows that the training is in place👍The only problem is that there will be a sound of water when you lie on the bed at night, which continues. After 10 o'clock~ there is no sound when you enter the toilet. I don't know what the problem is. It lasted for more than half an hour. I hope to find out. I happened to pass by this hotel while traveling in Baoding, and it exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were very professional, with friendly and welcoming smiles. Check-in was incredibly efficient. Since I wasn't familiar with the area, I asked many questions, and they patiently answered them and provided a lot of help without showing any impatience. It was truly a comfortable and welcoming experience. The room, though small, was very clean, with a good selection of toiletries, and the heating was already on. The breakfast was also excellent, with a delicious mix of cold and hot dishes, meat and vegetables, and a wide variety of main courses. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel, and I'd definitely stay here again.

The service is super good. There are many kinds of snacks and thoughtful little things at the front desk, such as disposable toilet mats, dental floss, glasses cloths, earplugs, laundry detergent, wet wipes, warm baby rubber bands. They are super thoughtful. They greet you every time you enter the door. The attitude is super good. Tea, coffee and sour plum soup are prepared in the rest area, and there is also an ice machine. Every time I go out and come back, I drink a cup of sour plum soup with ice. It's so refreshing. My dad is also very satisfied with this hotel.

This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The environment is exceptionally nice, with soft, non-glaring lighting in the hallways. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!

The room is of moderate size, newly decorated, with good sanitary conditions, acceptable sound insulation, and friendly service staff. The hotel is very close to the train station and there are many restaurants nearby. But the only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple, which can be improved compared with similar priced Home Inns. In addition, the TV control is not very sensitive (there are many TV programs and free on-demand movies).

Location of the hotel is great ,Right at the Railway station. Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

After we decided to visit Baoding for the National Day holiday, I quickly booked our accommodation. After comparing several options, I chose this hotel because it's within walking distance to attractions like the Zhili Governor's Office. I booked it quite far in advance, so the price was really good (it went up later, so glad I snagged it early!). The room was very spacious. When we checked in, I asked about the buffet breakfast and decided to purchase it for both days since the discounted price was reasonable. It turned out to be a really satisfying buffet. We ran out of the complimentary bottled water in the room and could ask the front desk for more, which we did many times. In fact, we even filled up the hotel's provided water bottles with boiled water to take with us when we went out. This hotel definitely deserves a great review!

Not bad, the machine is very good to play games, I don't know the graphics card and monitor configuration. My friend said that it is better than his laptop. The location of the hotel is not bad. There is a donkey fire at the door. The small pieces in the room are quite complete. It feels better than the Marriott low-end hotel. The projector in the room was useless. I played games with my friends until the early morning, and it was also electronic. If it was two years earlier, it would be overnight.
