Be sure to go to the 23rd floor to check in because you can see the beautiful view and lobby. It is also best to check out on the 23rd floor, as you will be given a souvenir~ You can also check out by yourself on the first floor. The room arranged by the lady at the front desk was in a good location. It had the same view as the lobby, but the floor was a little lower. But when I came back at night, I happened to see the light show on the opposite floor, which was very nice. The room was very clean and cozy. The service staff are also very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to say hello. And they also provide milk, fruits and minibar. I would also like to make two suggestions, hoping to do better: 1. There is a refrigerator in the room and a minibar, but the refrigerator does not dissipate heat well in the cabinet. When you open the cabinet, hot air comes out, and the cabinet door is hot. It feels like it is a safety hazard after a long time. 2. The hotel closes breakfast at 9:30, which is slightly earlier than a five-star hotel. Moreover, many items are gone before 9 o'clock. The room is okay, the family room is well decorated. The Doraemon doll is damaged, it is recommended to replace it with a new one. The high-measurement sticker on the wall is curled. The hotel is great. It's just a little far from downtown. I don't know Baoding, so it was too far from the city centre for me. The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. No English available, but that was no surprise. The staff were very friendly though. They helped as much as they could given the language difficulties. A very nice hotel overall. I didn't get the chance to check the hotel facilities, but my room was great. If you are travelling, most places close reasonably early. So if you are looking for something to eat later than 8 o'clock, it will be a mission. Enjoy your stay.

We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend. We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite. ”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”. This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it. Living Room: A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space. Bedroom: The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding. Bathroom: As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite. Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor. ”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”. Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless. The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service. As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests. We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here. Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel.

On top of that, I’ve received a gift when I checked-in. The hotel is modern, super clean and close to Baoding East station. My room was flawless and breakfast is a must have. Thanks to all the staff.
