If you buy them on the same day, you can refund them. 5 Suites are large in size Disadvantages: 1 I saw other guests commenting on the over-number of people sent tickets and breakfast coupons, but I booked a suite with three big and one small, and needed to pay an extra person for tickets and a breakfast money, and there was no gift. Other guests should not be misled by the previous comments. 2 Staying for two nights will not give breakfast coupons at once. I need to ask the front desk every day to get it. When I went to get it the next day, the front desk remembered that it had been given to me. I was not responsible. Later, I remembered that I had not given it. This made people feel very unpleasant. 3 There is no golf shuttle bus in the breakfast room, and you have to walk back and forth. Although it is not far away, there is an up and down slope. It is really inconvenient for the elderly to have bad legs and feet. 4 The hotel is being renovated. The sound of beating is very loud. 5 The hot spring water quality is very general. The staff said that it is not a natural hot spring or artificially heated, and it is only open from 18 to 22 in the evening. It is cold water during the day. 6 There are very few cars going down the mountain. Please be cautious when you go down the mountain for dinner. Secondly, the hot spring is not the same as I understand, the temperature is slightly lower, you need to put the water on for about 30 minutes, otherwise it will be cold water. In the end, it was amazing that someone who seemed to be another resident swiped the yard door with a room card and almost entered my room when I was half asleep. Scared to death, but luckily stopped in the end. In short, it's okay as a resort hotel, but the price/performance ratio is really hard to say.

From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly. Since our Chinese is limited we used WeChat to communicate with TITI the manager. She was wonderful! She helped us to buy wine for the room, helped us with filling the hot springs in our room and even sorted a taxi for us as there were no Didi cars. The hot spring in the room are huge and very clean! We didn’t need to leave the rooms! The swimming pool was heated and there are a few hot springs you can enjoy but our room was too nice to leave. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. I wish we had stayed longer to climb the mountain nearby. I hope we can return, definitely recommend! I disagree with some of the reviews I read.

A family of 5 chose to stay in three bedrooms and two living rooms. The room facilities are very good. I didn't expect that the 3rd floor was not damp at all. If you get up early, you can walk around the community. The environment of the community is also very good. If I wanted to do laundry at night, I contacted the lady at the front desk, and she brought us laundry detergent and a drying rack. The service was very thoughtful. It is recommended to visit Baoting here.

The overall is good, the bubble pool is very large, and the water is very slippery. There are too few places to eat, only go to Dirty Duck Restaurant. The buffet breakfast was good of course. Moderately. Apart from hot springs, there is not much entertainment, so staying for more than two days will be boring.

Location: hotel is located far from Sanya, in the middle of the Forest which is good for hiking to Qixian Mountain and also that gives you a totally different experience than the rest of places near Sanya. On the other hand it is quite far and it takes some time to get here by DiDi from Yalong bay. Hiking: The hotel staff helped us arrange the transportation to the Qixian Mountain entrance (40rmb both ways/per person). The driver was extremely friendly. Then we begin our hike which is quite challenging. It takes around 4 hours for the whole trip. On the top you can climb by using chains which is cool. Hot springs: Hotel has a few hot springs which are pleasant to enjoy but quite small and also in the evening the guard took the water away from the hot spring at 7pm😅 Swimming pool: swimming pool with the palm tree is absolutely amazing and great for taking pictures. Restaurant: near lobby there is one restaurant that serves Chinese cuisine but I wouldn’t recommend it. We waited for so long for a few dishes and the staff felt so uncomfortable dealing with foreigners. The other restaurant 7/5 is much better. We had a nice lunch there. In general we enjoyed our stay here but we were a little disappointed with the hotel’s amenities which were old. Everything looks much better in the photos than in real life. I’m not sure if I would recommend this place.
