GGuest UserThe hotel manager, Mr Hu is very helpful and provides great and useful information. His service level is a 5 star!! As it is our first time to Inner Mongolia and that area, we need some support on the area as our hired driver is not very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the rest of the team at the front desk are not helpful and appeared impatient when we ask them anything. Their service level is below average and perhaps management need to give them some motivation to improve their service level.

Many hotels also have coffee, but the beans here are really good. Don't criticize me. I am also a coffee lover. If you know, you can try it. The tea provided by the front desk is also good. It is very comfortable to drink tea and chat with friends in the lobby. Breakfast is also something I pay attention to. It has been improved a lot this time. The quality is good. LLiuyeThe hotel facilities are old, the bathroom water is not very open, the bedside is dusty, the bathroom floor has a lot of spots, the hot water is not hot enough, and the towels provided are not very clean (it is recommended not to use them). There were drunk people making loud noises in the corridor in the middle of the night, but no one cared. There was no choice for breakfast. In short, the cost performance is very low. TTarraleahAn excellent hotel in a fantastic location! The location is outstanding, being on top of the large Wanda Plaza which has an abundance of shopping and dining options. The popular night market is right outside, and the botanic gardens and other beautiful parks are a short walk away. The room looked exactly as it did in the pictures on the app, and was very spacious with high-level facilities including smart shower and smart toilet. The smart shower in particular was great. Both the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly, very efficient, and helpful. I look forward to staying here again!

JJu13The hotel is very close to the Baotou east railway station. It is easily accessible by Taxis. A lot of places to eat are nearby. It was a bit difficult with English, as our Chinese language skills aren't that great; it is good to have a (offline) working Translation App. The staff was very helpful nonetheless.
The breakfast is Chinese food buffet, several choices and a very reasonable price.
The room was spacious and clean.
A second chair for 2 person was the only thing we were missing ;)

The accommodations were clean, cozy, and perfect for the grassland atmosphere. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in every service – from check-in to meals and daily activities. The resort provided everything I needed for a comfortable and immersive experience.
But what made this place stand out most was the hospitality of the host. The owner was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home – and that’s something you don’t find everywhere.
If you're looking for a genuine local experience, with both comfort and connection, I highly recommend this resort.

GGuest UserAbsolutely amazing reviews, nothing to say. The hotel customer service, Mr. Li who picked us up, and the rest of the hotel staff were all super nice. The hotel has private bathrooms, which are clean and well-equipped. They provided free pick-up and drop-off, took us on tours, and gave us many discounts. We had a blast. We met lovely people on the Xilamuren Grassland. I'm so happy and will definitely come back! It's much more reliable to contact a hotel than a tour group! Blue skies, white clouds, green grass, and adorable lambs! Horseback riding and archery at the Aobao meeting were so much fun.
