I've stayed in many Jinyi hotels, but I've never encountered one this awful. The decor is incredibly minimal, the prices are high, and the bathroom toilet remote control isn't working. I requested a quieter room upon check-in. Everything was fine before I fell asleep, but in the middle of the night, I started to feel like I was sleeping in an airplane cabin. I called the front desk to complain about the loud noise in the room, and they said it was the air conditioner fan and that the room type I booked was the last one available and couldn't be changed. The staff knew about the room's condition, but they didn't tell me at check-in. Even after I reported it, they refused to change it. I originally booked two days and canceled the second. The front desk lady apologized during check-out and offered to upgrade me for free next time. I have almost zero chance of staying here again.
