The hotel is very new, the rooms are spacious, the facilities are complete, and the service attitude is particularly good. The girl at the front desk called us twice. The first time was because there was a heavy rain in Baotou and she was worried about changes in the itinerary. The second time she called because the heavy rain caused two hotel rooms to stay. One of the family rooms was renewed during the term, and they provided us with a solution. They were very generous and their attitude of having the courage to solve problems is worth learning from many hotels! The location of the hotel is very suitable for people who are in a hurry like us. It is relatively close to the highway entrance, which is super convenient! The room price is good, the breakfast is also good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. If I come to Baotou again, I will definitely stay here again!

完全沒有私隱，入住兩小時服務員直接門卡就自行開門問是否退房，下午出去晚上返回發現窗簾已經被人拉開了，直接退房了，衹能説管理銜接有問題，不注重顧客私隱保護。

房間很乾凈，工作人員也熱情，贊👍

非常滿意，服務非常周到，房間安靜乾淨衞生，居住體驗很好

服務很好，尤其是前台一個梳短頭髮大眼睛的小姑娘（忘了問姓什麼了）入住和離店時都趕上她，入住時給介紹周邊美食，離店時又幫我們叫車，入住雲泊酒店很開心很舒適很暖心，謝謝🙏
