The hotel is nice, the rooms are big and clean, although the facilities are not very new but they have everything they need, bathrobes are good, but no bathtub is not enough. The point is, the service is only one point, the service is really bad, I have to complain about the female front desk on duty at 11 am on 5.22, calling me nonsense in the morning, wasting my rest time, the attitude is extremely poor, and I asked about my job number. I didn’t reply to my name, and asked me to complain directly to Ctrip. The voice was so high that I suspected that I was the front desk and she was a customer with impaired rights. This is the second stay, the service is good, the environment is clean. Booked a business bed room, very quiet at night. Going out the next morning, I told the waiter to put two more bottles of water, and I went back to the room at night and saw 5 bottles of water. When I checked out, the front desk lady said that she would give me a bottle of water and said that she would drink it on the road. Although it is not big, it means that the service is very intimate.
