After staying for a week, the eldest sister put a box of water directly in the room. The room was large and spacious, and the bathroom was not small. Cleaning is timely every day. The service attitude of the front desk, cleaning, and catering customer service staff is also very good. It feels like coming home. Every day, the cleaning staff comes to clean the room. Breakfast includes such specialties as siu mai, haggis soup, milk tea, and desserts The variety is slightly less, and ordering by phone can also be delivered to the room. The only downside was that the water was not hot one night, and it was still cold after a long time. The hotel replied that there were few people staying and the circulation was not strong. However, the hotel opened a low-level room for the three of us to take a shower. The water temperature was lower the next day. Normal. I saw several bad reviews before and I was a little uneasy. After I stayed this time, I felt that Pullman was still very good. I hope it will get better and better. I hope the hotel leadership can add chicken legs to the hotel staff during the Chinese New Year.
