The hotel room is small and small. The 13 square meters written on the Internet is really not exaggerated. But although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs, and there are some.
The hotel does not have a gym but has a small pool.

GGuest UserExcellent in all! Absolutely wonderful location (only accessible with taxi) whether day or night! A wonderful DeLuxe room with sea view! The size, the materials of highest quality and finest design. Eat excellent in the Bistro, since full booked in the restaurant! Unfortunately only one night a.Gr. of much work also in Lugano (visit a super performance in the art and culture center). The fitness/sauna was unfortunately closed, but private spa was bookable before departure Sunday morning ... good alternative. The gardens around the sky! The team was super professional, extremely friendly and helpful. Good and dream of my next visit to Villa Leopold ...Heartly recommended for enjoying the fine and good ... Denise Worlds in Zurich

余余The rooms are very nice and the environment is beautiful. Sitting on the balcony of the room, listening to birds, drinking a little wine, and admiring the lights of Lugano Lake and the mountain homes on the opposite side, it is really a treat.
The room is equipped with an electric kettle, shampoo, and shower gel. You need to bring your own dental appliances and slippers.

MMissxiaoxiaohuaHotel location is very good, just by the lake. If you have luggage, it is best to take the 4 bus directly from the train station to the hotel, because the train station is on the top of the mountain, and it is the hotel to walk 650 meters downhill to the foot of the mountain.
The front desk staff of the hotel is very good, very warm and thoughtful, the focus is that the boys are very handsome and the girls are very beautiful.
After check-in, ask the hotel front desk to ask for a free bus card, because they have to register the message to print, and then you can take the bus casually.
Hotel breakfast is good, especially the location by the window, facing the lake is very pleasant.
In such a beautiful environment in Lugano, it is indeed a great experience to take a walk by the lake, enjoy the sun with the relaxing people, stay in such a long and good hotel, and meet such a wonderful person.

GGuest UserThe apartment-style kitchen does not come with any usable kitchen utensils. You need to borrow it from the hotel for an additional fee and you cannot swipe your card. You have to pay cash in Swiss francs. If you take transportation, you need to walk up a small slope every time you enter and exit. The breakfast is good and delicious, and the service staff is very nice. Great

黄黄The location of the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the center of Lugano. It is convenient for shopping, but it is too close to the train track and there is noise when passing trains. The room is in the outdoor podium on the first floor of the main building. Open the door to the front yard of the hotel. It feels like the bungalow we used to live in. Maybe the rooms in the building are expensive. Continental breakfast is ok.

AAnonymous UserIf you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this place might not be for you. It's right by a busy street, so expect constant traffic noise that can easily disturb sleep. However, the natural surroundings are lovely – the lake is just across the road below, and you'll even spot early morning joggers before sunrise. For light sleepers, keeping the windows closed, running the AC, and having earplugs handy could help.

GGuest UserCamera molto mal tenuta, moquettes sporchissima ,ragnatela in bagno vicino al bidet che è rimasta per tutto il nostro soggiorno pertanto le pulizie non sono fatte a dovere Inoltre la reception rimane sguarnita dalle ore 20:00. Il servizio colazioni gestito solamente da due persone ,insomma forse sarebbe il caso di aumentare il personale. Posto auto a fortuna. Colazione buona staff molto gentile.L’albergo si salva per la bella piscina.

GGuest UserBeautiful, right near the lake with a restaurant and bar. Owner is lovely and takes great pride in making sure your stay is great.
Why there’s 4 stars - location is a far walk from the downtown, and there were little ants in the room. It was great for us but if you can’t handle that this wouldn’t be for you.
