An Unforgettable Experience
Our brief stay at this stunning hotel was a masterclass in exceptional service. Our spacious river-view room with a bathtub offered breathtaking views of the river. The staff were warm and welcoming, with Ms. Xiao Zhao's outstanding service leaving a lasting impression. She arranged for a driver to take us to Furong ancient town and waited for us to return safely, despite being off-duty. Her kindness and dedication continued as she helped us order takeout and waited for our food to arrive. The next morning, she reminded us of breakfast time and gifted us a thoughtful farewell present. Her exceptional service is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. The property has potential with good environment and hardware; but the soft aspect of guest room is not well taken care of and this affects customer experience.
Likes - quiet & serene environment, good service in providing prompt internal transport
Areas need more attention for improvement:
- in the room the coffee & tea container is there but empty
- in the bathroom there were lots of small toiletry bottles but shower gel is missing! Imagine a guest is already in shower & finds no shower gel to use.....
- cloth hanger with clips was not in good order; side table is badly stained.
- it may be on purpose but no tv & no phone is a no-no for customer experience. Phone to contact front desk remains the most efficient & direct means of communication & service; even in today's high tech era.
- why create a dent in customer experience when breakfast is covered yet charge for coffee?

環境：現場比圖片上看起來感覺好很多，老闆不太會拍照啊
服務：叫服務員多送一套洗漱用品，二話沒説就送過來了，前台小姐姐非常不錯。

The reviews from the guests who had stayed there were also very good, so I booked it for one night. So today I moved from the Mood for Love inside the scenic spot to the one outside the scenic spot where I can ”right” see Furong Town. The Juxinyuan😁
The room I originally booked on Ctrip #王江观水# was not high enough and I could see the corner of the house. The owner of the B&B asked me what I thought of the view and knew that I wanted to change to a room with a beautiful view. But the same room type on the high floor has been sold, so tonight in the off-season, I was upgraded to a large suite with 2 rooms that can sleep 3 people #日rise江花#
HAHA As expected, it is one floor higher and the view is completely different🥳🥳🥳
In addition, they took me in and out of the scenic spot tonight so that I could finally take pictures under the waterfall after staying in Seremban for 3 days😬
Although this B&B can only see Furong Town, it has the advantage of being able to see the complete Furong Town. But the most bonus point is the boss’s personality. In fact, he didn’t have to help me upgrade, but because of his kindness, he gave me the opportunity to sit in such a beautiful room with a view and enjoy my meal comfortably, which also made me feel The kindness of the people in Furong Town left me with very deep and beautiful memories.

GGuest UserThe car can be parked downstairs at night, there is no elevator in the hanging building, and the bathroom in the Linhe room is a pit! The street room is a toilet! The facilities are quite satisfactory, the service is self-service, and I didn't see anyone after I got the room card! The bath water is hot and flushing, the mattress is hard for us, and the pillow quilt is very comfortable! There are not many restaurants around, but the taste is OK! After breakfast, go to the cottage after eating rice noodles in the store next to it!
