MM31232****During breakfast at the Chinese restaurant, we had the pleasure of being served by a wonderfully attentive staff member, Ms. Xu Wenru. Her warm service made our entire dining experience exceptionally pleasant.
As soon as we entered, she greeted us with a smile and escorted us to our table with great care. Throughout the meal, she promptly refilled our tea and water, keenly observing our needs. Noticing my fondness for the restaurant's chili sauce, she proactively brought an extra small dish of it to me, saying with a smile, ”It looks like you really enjoy this, so I've brought you a bit more for dipping.” This small gesture made us feel incredibly welcomed.
Even more touching was when my mother and I were about to take a photo together with our phones. Ms. Xu Wenru immediately noticed our intention. She approached us and softly asked, ”Would you like me to take a picture for you?” After taking the phone, she not only patiently adjusted the angle but also thoughtfully reminded us to straighten our appearance. She took several continuous shots until we were satisfied. Her friendly smile throughout the process was truly refreshing.
Throughout the entire breakfast, she maintained her full enthusiasm, being observant and diligent, and treated other guests with the same politeness and thoughtfulness. This genuine positive attitude and meticulous service awareness made us feel truly at home.
Such a service experience went far beyond ordinary dining, allowing us to start our new day in a great mood. We sincerely thank Ms. Xu Wenru for her warm service, and we also thank the restaurant for fostering such an excellent employee!

After seeing the reviews for Duoyu Xi Homestay, we booked two nights there. Every morning, the beautiful sunshine bathed the beach, and my family absolutely loved it. We spent most of our mornings enjoying the stunning beach scenery or indulging in the restaurant's abundant breakfast.
The housekeeper, both the young lady and gentleman, were incredibly enthusiastic. They helped with directions, carried our luggage, and consistently asked if we needed anything – truly thoughtful!

MmudderI was quite surprised to see guests smoking indoors in the Chinese restaurant lobby, right by the elevators, and no staff member intervened. It was really shocking.
The room layout was also very peculiar – the table was slanted, and the bedside stool was placed under the TV, making it feel like guests were being punished and made to stand in the entire room. It seems like the staff just arranged things for their own convenience, assuming guests are only staying for a short time and will leave quickly.

BBenchidenanhaiyayoWow, this hotel really blew me away! The English-style light luxury room has amazing character, and the city view of Haikou from the floor-toceiling windows is absolutely stunning. The bedding is incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The Cantonese dim sum at Tang Court on the 43rd floor is unbelievably fresh – the black truffle shrimp dumplings and roasted pigeon were both delicious. Enjoying them while overlooking the sea view was so delightful. From the moment I arrived until check-out, the service was attentive and thorough, even down to the smallest details. I fell completely in love with it after just one stay! The hotel's executive lounge, The Langham Club, is on the 42nd floor, offering an excellent vantage point for viewing Century Bridge. And the Sky Lobby, located on the top floor of the building, truly lives up to its reputation for having the best view in Haikou!

GGuest UserHaikou Junhao Hotel is truly a hidden gem in Haikou's Guomao district. This was my first stay, and the experience was superb! The hotel is located right in the heart of the CBD, with the Guomao commercial area just downstairs. You can easily walk to Friendship Sunshine City and Shangbang Bailihui City for shopping and dining. It's also very convenient to get to Qilou Old Street and Cloud Cave Library. Plus, they offer free parking, which is a huge bonus if you're driving. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the smart Xiao Du control system was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options, including local specialties like Hainan noodles and Qingbuliang. The hotel even has robot delivery for room service, though you need to contact the front desk to arrange it. When it's busy, there might be a queue, so if you're in a hurry, it's quicker to pick it up yourself. They also have a gym and a free laundry room, showing great attention to detail. It's perfect for both leisure and business travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Haikou.

MM491378****Found a gem of a hotel! The beachfront location is absolutely stunning. Open the balcony door of the room and you're greeted by the deep blue sea. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. There are two swimming pools: a family-friendly area with water slides and a peaceful, relaxing adult-only section. In just a few minutes walk, you can feel the fine sand beneath your feet. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety of options. Our butler, Serena, was incredibly attentive, always ready to help and fulfilling every request during our stay. She truly exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back if we get the chance!

GGuest UserThe four bedroom apartment is actually the whole 13th floor with 4 separate rooms and a foyer area. There is no kitchen but that's not a problem since you are very close to qilou old streets. The location is perfect as it is not in the thick of the noise but is only 5 mins away with great views. The rooms are huge and generously appointed. Fabulously clean and had many amenities of a hotel. Downsides are that the receptionist is through a liquor shop and slightly hard to find (see other reviews). The restaurant is very basic and shabby. The alternative is 2nd floor dim sum hall which is amazingly authentic but may be too hectic for foreigners. Ktv bar shuts at 11 so noise was not an issue and the staff at the rooftop bar were delightful. Service staff were welcoming and responsive. Excellent welcome fruit platter. Overall one of the most colourful experiences in Haikou and a fabulous alternative to hotels for a large family.

AAnonymous UserThe B&B is at the very edge of the village. Because it is newly built and not yet complete, there are no food or supermarkets around. We booked this hotel for a sea view room. It cost over 400 in the off-season, which was not cost-effective. The room had a nice sea view. We lived on the fourth floor. The elevator broke down on the night of check-in, so we had to take the stairs every time. The elevator was still not repaired when we left the hotel the next morning. When we went downstairs at 7 a.m., there was no one at the lobby counter. I called the boss, and someone came after 8 a.m. to deliver soup noodles for breakfast, saying it was a local specialty. The room only included breakfast for two people, and if there were more people, they had to pay an extra 20 yuan per person. It is particularly worth mentioning that there were no stools in the room, so we had to stand to eat. Later, I asked the boss to bring stools into the room. In order to save space, the hotel placed the washbasin next to the bed, which looked okay, but every time I washed my hands, the water made a loud noise, and it was right next to the bed, disturbing the rest of the person sleeping. If you just want to see the sea and don't care about other things, you can stay here. There is still a lot of room for improvement. I still hope that the hotel will become more and more perfect.
