Their arrange us drop off to train station early in the morning at 6.15am without any charge. Thank your for your good hospitality. I would like to come and stay here next time.

MM225665****For my New Year's trip to Shangri-La, I chose to stay at Shanlinyue for all three days. It turned out to be an excellent value for money! The owner was very welcoming and provided pick-up and drop-off services from the station/airport. The room was spacious and comfortable. Since I visited in winter, I couldn't fully enjoy the private balcony, but I imagine it would be even better in summer! Shangri-La is a place I'd choose to visit again and again, but I'd especially recommend coming when the flowers are in full bloom.

AAnonymous UserThis guesthouse experience was absolutely fantastic, two hundred thumbs up for the butler and the proprietress! They upgraded us to a bigger room for free, and even explained the changing landscape of Napahai Lake to us while we watched the stars outside on a very cold night. They were incredibly responsive to every request – extra hangers, water, or a humidifier were brought without a second thought. They were also very enthusiastic about helping us with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, which was a huge plus for us as we had a lot of bags! They even gave us papaya chicken soup to drink at night, which I forgot to photograph, but it was so warming on a winter's night. They also generously invited our chartered driver to have breakfast with us for free.
The guesthouse is right by Napahai Lake, so you can watch the sunrise from your bed – it's absolutely stunning! The room facilities are very complete, with a smart voice system, a projector, a washing machine, a smart toilet, and oxygen supply equipment. It made traveling with my parents very reassuring, and they were also extremely satisfied.

Our trip was rushed this time, and we spent most of it at outside attractions. Next time I visit, I'll definitely come back here to fully enjoy the hotel's scenery and atmosphere!

MM254863****This was my first trip to Shangri-La, and my friends and I had planned to visit Abuji Cuo. Conveniently, the hotel offered direct excursions there!
**Amenities**: They provide L'Occitane toiletries, which felt very luxurious.
**Cleanliness**: The hotel was spotless.
**Setting**: I'd say it's one of the best in Shangri-La. There's a vast grassland right outside the hotel, and the crabapple blossoms were in full bloom, which was absolutely stunning! Behind the hotel, there are extensive rhododendron fields. What's more, the hotel even has lambs, deer, and peacocks!
There's also a cafe located on an island. Their coffee is excellent and beautifully presented (very Instagrammable!). The second floor is perfect for photos, and there's a spacious terrace nearby. Enjoying afternoon tea there was incredibly relaxing.
**Service**: The service was absolutely outstanding. They created a dedicated chat group for us where we could pre-order our meals, and the restaurant would have everything ready. If we wanted to use the private hot spring in the evening, they would go ahead of time to adjust the water temperature for us. Soaking in the hot spring under the crabapple blossoms was incredibly romantic!
The next day, when we went to Abuji Cuo, an off-road vehicle picked us up directly from the hotel. They even provided a dedicated photographer and a support staff member for our trip! On the way up, our photographer-guide introduced us to the area's scenic highlights, and the vast fields of high-mountain rhododendrons were absolutely stunning! We had lunch on the mountain, for which they prepared seasonal fruits, sandwiches, and even oxygen tanks as a precaution against altitude sickness. The service was truly exceptional! It was quite windy at Abuji Cuo, but they diligently found us a sheltered spot. They also helped me take fantastic photos and even assisted us on challenging parts of the trail. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shangri-La.

They even proactively told us about the hotel's facilities and local dining spots – top marks for attention to detail. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable; I felt the travel fatigue melt away as soon as I lay down. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and all the toiletries were provided, including a powerful hairdryer, which was really convenient.

KKayKay♪Our stay was absolutely perfect, right from the moment we arrived. The hotel butler and front desk staff immediately made us feel the warmth and hospitality that Shangri-La is known for. Once we checked into our room, the butler patiently explained every detail, and during our stay, any issues we had were resolved by them immediately. The breakfast menu changed daily, and the butler would share the options with us the day before so we could choose. If I ever return to Shangri-La, I would undoubtedly choose the Qian Shu Jin Hotel again. If there were ten stars, I'd give it ten without hesitation.

The window opens up to a breathtaking lake view of Lamuyangcuo Lake, its waters shimmering, with the golden rooftops of Songzanlin Monastery glistening in the light on the opposite bank. The lake and temple reflect each other beautifully, making every photo look like it's from a magazine! The hotel's travel photography service is incredibly thoughtful; the photographer really knows how to frame a shot, follows you patiently throughout, and the resulting pictures are fantastic, truly capturing the ******* ambiance!
The room decor is luxuriously beyond imagination, perfectly blending ******* aesthetics with top-tier amenities. Every detail exudes high-end quality, from the brass bathroom fixtures to the exquisite ******* ornaments – luxury is in every detail! The underfloor heating maintains a constant temperature all day, keeping you warm even at high altitudes. Plus, there's whole-room oxygen supply and spare nasal cannulas, so you don't have to worry about altitude sickness at all; it's an incredibly comfortable stay!
Staying here in Shangri-La is definitely a top-tier choice; you can't go wrong!

XXingbakedeheikafeiThis time I was traveling solo, and a friend had previously recommended that if I ever went to Shangri-La or on the way to Tibet, I absolutely had to check out the Songtsam series of hotels. So, I took the opportunity to visit Shangri-La and unhesitatingly chose the Songtsam Linka Hotel. My overall impression was exceptionally good, exceeding my expectations, mainly in terms of the facilities. From the hotel's overall design to the in-room amenities, everything was spot-on. The rooms have diffused oxygen, heated floors which made them very warm, and all the furniture is solid wood, giving it a very substantial, rustic feel. It's a pure ******* style. The bathroom vanity, sink, and faucets are all made of brass, and I was told by the hotel staff that these are crafted by their own copper artisans. The hotel also has an Arcteryx store and a Norlha store. In the evenings, an astronomy teacher can even guide you in stargazing. Every night, the hotel thoughtfully delivers a cup of tremella soup in a thermos, placed in your room – a truly considerate touch. Because the hotel is very close to Songtsam Linka Monastery, a very professional butler leads guests from the back entrance of the monastery every morning at 8:55 for a comprehensive tour, and their explanations are excellent. These were all aspects that left me feeling particularly impressed and offered a unique experience. The hotel also sells its own local products, such as their ceramic ware, brass items, thangkas, and even some art pieces collected by Master Baima himself, all displayed and sold in different shops. It's well worth a visit to learn about ******* culture. The only minor drawback is that the service awareness of the hotel staff, when compared to international chain hotels, still has some room for improvement, but overall, it's definitely worth recommending.

XXuxutuzhiyaTraveling alone with a big suitcase, I contacted the host a day in advance to ask if I could store my luggage with her, and she readily agreed. She even offered to pick me up and drop me off. I booked a special offer room, and it included breakfast. When I was rushing out in the morning, she reminded me to eat breakfast. If I ever come back to Shangri-La, I'll definitely stay with her again! The guesthouse also has a very Tibetan-style decor, and there's a balcony on the second floor with views of the old town. Plus, out of all my travels, this is one of the few places that provides disposable toilet seat covers!

GGuest UserWith the middle gorge part being closed, tea horse guesthouse is a more appropriate halfway point for a 2 day 1 night hike. The views from tea horse was amazing facing yulong snow mountain and we saw the golden mountain at sunset. We had clear skies and star gazing was amazing on the balcony. We had our own private room with a toilet with an electric heating mat on our bed. There was also an air con in the room that could be used as a heater. Strong water pressure with hot water (let it run for 10 mins and the water will be hot) in the shower. No complaints for this price value for money! Felt that the view from halfway was not as nice.
